NEW RESTAURANT AT PLEASURE ISLAND – PARADISO 37
The shutting down of the various night clubs at Pleasure Island has cleared the way for a number of new restaurants, and one of the first to be opened will be the new ‘Paradiso 37’ restaurant.
This new eatery is being developed close to the nightclub which was previously known as 8TRAX. Paradiso 37 is part of the multi-concept restaurant group called ‘E-Brands Restaurants, ’ who own and operate 15 restaurants across the USA. Their motto is ‘OUR PASSION IS FOOD. OUR OBSESSION IS SERVICE’ and their aim is to ensure that every guests has an incredible dining experience.
The group claim that they always say ‘yes’ to guests and then find a way to make it happen. They believe that their sole purpose is to ‘do whatever it takes to deliver the best possible experience’ and so individual preferences are taken account of.
E-Brands is known as an innovator in the upscale sector of the dining and hospitality industry, and each restaurant is independently owned and operated. The new restaurant at Pleasure Island will feature authentic Central and South American cuisine, as well as speciality tequilas and premium wines. There will also be live music.
Rashid Choufani, who is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of the restaurants, already has a long and successful working relationship with Walt Disney World Resort, having operated the Morocco Pavilion restaurant at Epcot for the past 25 years. His plan for this new restaurant includes a brightly coloured hacienda style interior, together with stone floors, rustic beams and windows that open out into the fresh air. Fixtures will be modern in character, and this two storey, 5, 000 sq ft restaurant will also feature a tequila bar and outdoor seating along Village Lake.
E-brands restaurants can be found in nine cities in seven states, and in five years they have grown significantly, to include 15 restaurants. But Choufani , who has a passion for food and a dedication to high quality service is planning a new restaurant in Las Vegas, at the Venetian Resort. He owned and operated seven restaurants in Morocco, and was President of the Moroccan Restaurant Association before he began his E Brands Restaurants in the United States.
With its prime position on the waterfront of the Downtown Disney area this restaurant is set to be very popular and a welcome addition to dining in the area. It will introduce a new and exciting menu and promises outstanding service and quality, both of which are sure to be well received.
