Hello! Hope you enjoy reading my bio below......I love the Orlando area as it has so much to offer from the glorious weather to the fantastic theme parks, shopping and outdoor activities. This is the reason why I bought my home in Orlando as for me it is the greatest place on earth!
I had a career in professional football for 15 years at Aberdeen, Bradford City, Bristol City and Hull. After retiring I returned to university to study for a management degree and now work for Sportscotland managing a programme in the NE of Scotland that encourages children to keep a fit and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
I have been involved in property in the UK for many years and that experience helps me understand that customer requirements are key and to ensure the highest possible standards are provided for my guests. I always ask for comments back after guests have stayed to ensure that standards and quality assurance are maintained and the fact that guests keep on returning is an endorsement of that high standard. Hello! We are Sharon and Bruce Baillie from Coleraine in beautiful Northern Ireland. We have two children, well teenagers now, aged 18 and 21 and have spent many years enjoying fabulous holidays in Orlando with them since they were babies. We own and operate a McDonalds franchise in Northern Ireland and love to travel around the USA on road trips in an RV. Our most recent was Route 66…

We bought Sunset Villa, our 1st 6 - bed villa, on Sunset Lakes in 2001 and set about making it a home away from home. As fashions changed, we’ve renovated and updated it along the way, and it’s now a beautiful, bright modern villa. (Out with the floral sofas and fake flower arrangements…)

Following on from the success of our 1st villa, we bought Villa Horizon, our 5 - bed villa, in 2012 and renovated to the same standard as Sunset Villa. Lake View Villa, another 6 – bed villa, is our most recent purchase which was bought and fully renovated in 2017. (The 2 x 6 – bed villas are next door to each other which is great for the bigger families and groups)

All 3 of our villas are located on Sunset Lakes and all have a fabulous Lake View with a south facing pool - Making the most of Florida sunshine! (We do have shade on our decks too if you prefer)

We are so proud of our villas and Sharon handles all the reservations herself and is happy to help you plan, what I’m sure will be a holiday of a lifetime for you and your family. We have owned our home since 1999. We love to spend time here and have just spent 5 weeks upgrading items. We have had great feedback from our guests and the great location.
We really enjoy being able to sit and have a beer/wine at the front of the house on the bench and watch the sun set and then sit at the pool at the back and listen to the wildlife. We feel very lucky!

We are Scott Kirkham and Kathryn Statton and we live in Cornwall in the UK. We have 2 grown up children, Reece and Bethany. Scott is an engineering technical author and Kathryn is a teaching assistant at a local special needs school. We also own a busy leathergoods shop in a nearby seaside town.
We have always wanted to own a home overseas and we were bowled over by the by the range of choice that Orlando has to offer: world-class attractions, shopping and dining combined with relaxed outdoor living, natural beauty and easy access to the ocean. So we embarked on our search for our perfect holiday home in the sunshine state.
And we found it! ‘Bella Vista’ enjoys a quiet open aspect both south and east facing while backing onto conservation wetland which enables us to enjoy sweeping countryside views and ever-changing wildlife – and we can drive to the Disney Arch in less than 15 minutes!
We are looking forward to spending time in our lovely villa and the surrounding area and the children are, naturally, looking forward to being here with their friends etc.

Mark and Ursula Kravis

Hello Florida Vacation Lovers, Ursula and I want to welcome you to our Orlando Vacation Villa Homes!

Let me introduce myself and my German Bride of 40 years now. I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. In 1976 I joined the U.S. Army and entered Army service for the United States of America as a Military Policeman.

In 1978 I was transferred to Germany and ended up stationed in a town called Bayreuth in Bavaria. This is where I met Ursula in 1981 and a little over a year later in June of 1982 we were married.

Randy, our first son, was born in 1983 and Mike our second son, was born in 1986.

Randy later married the girl of his dreams, our daughter-in-law Jana, and they have been married for over 13 years. The first addition to the Kravis Family was born to Randy and Jana in 2015, our wonderful grandson, Ben Kravis! I must say, Randy and Jana did real good! Now Randy and Jana have done even better because our little American Sweetheart Granddaughter, Carla Kravis, was born in 2018.

Mike and his Bride, Carmen, the "Best of all Sweetharts" round out the nice circle that is the Kravis Family. Mike and Carmen were married this past October 2019. And now they have given us our third grandchild, Lya Kravis born April 2020. But wait! Now we have another Grandson now, Leo Kravis born January 2022.

I retired from the U.S. Army with 22 years of service in 1998 and I have been retired as a civilian employee for the Department of Defense and the U.S. Army in Germany as well since January if 2017. I work part time for the Stars and Stripes Newspaper. Ursula takes care of our family and is the best grandmother to Ben, Carla, Lya and Leo, that you could ever wish for.

Our hobbies are Baseball, riding our Harley in Florida, and keeping our Orlando Vacation Villa Home in tip top condition so that you may have a wonderful time on your Orlando Florida USA dream vacation!

We are Mike & Michelle Walden and we live in Staffordshire, UK.

Our first visit to Florida was way back in 1993 when our daughter Emma was 3 years old and Danielle just 8 months. Our son Matthew was born in July 1996 and Florida soon became our annual holiday destination offering everything that a young family could want.

The children all loved the magical theme parks, the rollercoaster’s, the weather and also being able to see our relatives who live towards Tampa. Once we were bitten with the Florida bug we decided to buy our villa ‘Sunshine View’.

Many members of our family and friends have stayed at the villa and it has given us all perfect holidays with so many happy memories of spending quality time together relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of Orlando.

With backgrounds in interiors and building we were very quick to appreciate the appeal of this home. Just so lucky to discover it at this stage in our lives. Fit enough to enjoy the fabulous golf courses, beaches, fishing
and boating. Young enough to venture beyond to the exciting places not too far away. Not to mention the greatest shopping!

Camilla Heron

We are Neil & Camilla Heron and have a son Alex and daughter Marissa. We own both Sunshine Villa and Sundance Villa. Sunbeam Villa and Sunray Villa are owned by other family members, however we arrange all the booking and administration of the villas on their behalf.

We live in Dorset in England, although Neil is originally from Scotland. We met whilst we both worked for a major airline based at London Heathrow, but Camilla had to stop flying when Alex came along. Looking for an alternative to flying that Camilla could use her knowledge of travel and customer service, whilst being able to work from home, we bought and started renting our first overseas property - Sunshine Villa. We previously had experience renting property in the UK with corporate long term lets to Computer Associates and Honda F1 Racing employees.

With our experience in both property rentals and the travel industry put to good use, we soon found that we could not meet the demand for Sunshine Villa, especially during peak seasons, so decided to invest in a second home - Sundance Villa. As we were also getting lots of enquiries from our previous guests that had rented Sunshine Villa with their extended families but wanted to return on their own and didn't need such a large home, we decided to go for a smaller 4 bedroom villa but to make it even more luxurious inside.

We particularly aim to cater in our villas for families, especially with younger children, as we know from our own experience that providing some of the extra facilities we offer can take the stress out of the travelling and make a more enjoyable vacation for everyone.

Welcome to Charlottes villa, we (Carl and Jeanette) purchased the villa in 2008 and have enjoyed many holidays with our children and grandchildren.

We live in Leicestershire and have been so fortunate to visit our villa usually twice a year, for holidays and general updates and maintenance, we take great pride in the villa and are very hands on in keeping the villa to a very high standard.

Our excellent management company have been with us since 2010 and keep the property in tip top condition in our absence, and always exceed our expectations.

Hello! We are Dawn and Alan Murray from West Sussex in the UK and have 2 children - now 19 and 13.

We had been holidaying in Florida for many years (even before the children came along, we just love it!), and after renting a villa for the first time, we knew a hotel would no longer do, so in 2003 we set about searching for our perfect villa. When we first stepped inside Villa Sunrise Dream and saw those lake views and realised how close we were to the parks, we were hooked - nothing else would do, and the following month our dreams became a reality, when we completed and the villa became ours. Since then we have been visiting at least twice a year, and nothing beats that feeling of arriving at Sunset Lakes each time.
As the time went by I loved sharing our home with guests, hearing their reactions and being part of making their holiday one in a lifetime, so much so that in 2011 we bought our second villa on Sunset Lakes, Villa Sunset Dream and completely renovated top to bottom, using all we had learned from Sunrise Dream over the years to make Sunset Dream equally as stunning and welcoming. I now have have the perfect excuse for shopping to my hearts content to ensure the villas are in tip top condition all the time - what could be better!!
Our wonderful family owned Management Company look after the villa and our guests 24/7 in our absence, so you will always be in safe hands when you are there.

We are Martin and Susan Hockey. We have owned Florida Breeze Villa since it was built in late 2001.

We are British, but we have lived in the US (New Jersey) and Canada (Alberta). We now live in a 200 year old cottage in Nidderdale in the Yorkshire Dales in the north of England.

Susan was born and brought up in Halifax in Yorkshire. She spent her career in universities, and held posts at Oxford University, Rutgers University, the University of Alberta and University College London. Her subject area was computing for the arts and humanities.

Martin was born and brought up in Bristol. After university (where he met Susan) he became an accountant. He worked in Oxford, New York, High Wycombe, Slough and London. He specialized in tax, and spent the later part of his career helping Americans do business in the UK and helping Brits deal with American bureaucracy.

We are now both retired – cant think how we ever had time to go to work. In his spare time, Martin goes long distance walking. In our retirement, we travel to places we never had time to go to when we worked.

After a magical family holiday in Florida, we fell in love with the Gulf Coast area and we started to toy with the idea of having our very own holiday home. After visiting Rotonda West and being amazed with all the local wildlife and amenities we decided this would be the perfect place for us to build. We were lucky enough to be able to secure the perfect plot of land right on the waterfront and we worked with a great team of builders to turn our dreams into reality...a year later GLORIOUS GULF VILLA was ready for business!

Since welcoming our first Guests over 10 years ago, we have consistently provided a personal, professional and friendly service to everyone who has booked with us. We are Sharon and Jeff with two boys Clay and Josh living in Stockport Cheshire.

I have been a clerical worker all my life and currently work for the Civil Service, Jeff has been a self- employed plumber since leaving school all those years ago.

We started holidaying in Florida back in 1987 and used to tour quite a lot, we loved Disney and the Parks. We went back with friends a couple of years later and then again after our son was born in 1991. We took our second son when he was born and started to wonder about a buying a place out there.

We had always stayed in hotels but in 2004 we put a deposit down on our villa in Glenbrook, we specified we would like an open aspect at the rear as we did not want to be overlooked by other villas, we also learned that the road would be called Morningstar Drive, that cut the deal for us. We chose all the interior/exterior design, paints and tiles worktops pool tiles. It took 12 months to finalise and build then it was ours.

We work really hard at keeping our villa clean and up to date, I think we must love DIY as we are always replacing, painting, ripping something up, upgrading things making sure our place is in great shape for both our family and our guests.

We have recently replaced all the carpets with porcelain floor tiles making it easier to clean, created a bar in the games room, (great addition for the kids), added window treatments, new pool blanket roller, painted the outside of the villa and some of the rooms inside. Replaced the cooker. Replaced two of the sun loungers, painted 3 of the bedrooms, added ceiling fans to both the twin rooms, added new bedside clocks so we can charge our phones without a plug just bring your USB. New bar stools in the kitchen area. Desk with a printer. New pool towels.

Hi, we are Ian & Kathryn Bramley and we live in Wakefield, West Yorkshire in the North of England. We are both retired and have a grown up daughter Emma who works for the NHS. I was a Chartered Surveyor and Kathryn was the Sub-Postmistress in the family business.

We first visited Florida is 1992 when Emma was 7 in what we thought would be a “one off” visit to Orlando and Clearwater Beach. How wrong we were – we loved Florida and the USA so much we have been coming over ever since and can’t think of anywhere else we would rather visit.

We previously stayed in hotels until 1996 when we rented a villa owned by a work colleague. Wow, what a difference from a single room, so much room and of course the private pool all to ourselves. We loved it, so much so we decided to buy our own.

We looked at various properties, some re-sales and some new build on a number of sites and decided on a 4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom villa in the Sub-Division of Indian Ridge Oaks. We loved the location being just off the 192 and one of the closest to Disney being less than a 10 minutes drive. We completed on the villa in 1997 and therefore are the only people who have owned the villa.

The villa is regularly upgraded and superbly maintained and managed by an excellent Management Company who we now regard as friends. They are on hand 24/7 in the unlikely event that you have any issues.

We love Florida and are more than happy to advise on things such as flights, car hire, attractions etc. Nothing is too much trouble for us so don’t be afraid to ask, we love nothing more than chatting about Orlando and Florida.

If you have visited Florida before you will know what we are talking about, if it’s your first visit we are sure that you will come to love Florida as much as us because it’s addictive.

As the girls were very young they just loved Disney and beyond that it was a must holiday every year. we loved that much that in 2004 we decided to be part of the dream and we brought a brand new home 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom villa. we want extra space outside and something large inside. we upgrade it every year and we are the only owners of Belgravia Villa. we have a great management company and great cleaners, we are passionate owners care about our guests and more than happy to help them when planning there dream Holiday to Florida.

we are in a great location in the champions gate area short drive to interstate 4 which one way takes you to Disney and universal and Cape Canaveral area and the other direction to st Petes Beach/Clearwater and tamp area.

So if you visit Florida a lot you will know the buzz you have when you arrive, if it is your first time you will not be disappointed and we come to love Florida like we did.

In 1991 we had a "once in a lifetime visit" to Florida, and stayed in a private villa. We loved it!. On the way back to the airport we decided it wasn't going to be a "once in a lifetime" visit as we enjoyed it too much. As soon as we got home we booked to return the following year.

In March 2013 we had our 8th holiday in the Orlando area. We stayed on Eagle Pointe for the second time, and decided that it was the perfect place to have a home of our own. When we viewed this villa, we fell in love with it!

We chose Eagle Pointe because of its location close to all the attractions, easy access to local amenities and its family friendly community.

Robert Peters

We are Robert & Donna. We are a friendly, outgoing couple and have been married for 30+ years. Robert designs and builds new houses, and Donna sells recreational trailers. Robert is a creative whiz with a strong design and writing orientation, and Donna is an excellent salesperson and a master chef with a huge library of cookbooks, and a very strong artistic and creative flair as well.

We LOVE travelling in Florida, and love our villa located just south of Walt Disney World. We have spent a great deal of time upgrading and tweaking it in order to make our guests feel pampered and comfortable. Without doubt, our villa has the nicest landscaping in our entire subdivision, and one of the most private yard and pool areas to be found in the entire Disney area!

We have three (now) adult children, the eldest who worked as a cast member at Epcot in Disney's International Program for over a year.

Robert is a bit of a theme park buff, and very knowledgeable about the Central Florida area. All of this allows him to provide excellent advice to our villa guests about their trips; what to do, where and when to go, how much time to allow, things suitable for children, etc. We also understand how to 'do' Disney on a small budget, or a big one if that is your taste, and are happy to share our advice and experience with our many guests.

We've visited Florida as a family many times, and our son worked as a cast member of Disney. We've set up our Florida home to make visiting central Florida fun, stress-free, and economical for families just like yours. Hi, we are Phill and Nicola Gaskell from Greater Manchester. In 2009, with children then aged 6 and 9, we visited Florida and Disneyworld for the first time and made wonderful memories. Since then we have been lucky enough to vacation there every year visiting the parks, attending local events, volunteering at a local childrens' charity and simply for a month a year living the 'American Dream'.

Following a 3 year search and, having recently retired, and with our children now 16 and 19, we finally found a villa that we all fell in love with. As you will see from the pictures, the pool deck is truly amazing and, in our opinion, is hard to beat anywhere on The Shire.

Hi, we are a Scottish family of 6; my husband 4 children and myself. As a family, we all love to travel and go on holiday but by far the place we all love the most for family fun is Florida. We have loved it so much over the years that we decided that having our own dream home in the Sunshine State would be a dream come true. So much to see and do in the state of Florida that there is never a dull moment in our family holidays. Our children are getting older now; late teens and getting into their early twenties but that doesn't stop the love for Florida. Theme parks are always a draw and never disappoint but we all love to go to the stunning beaches, do a spot of fishing, boating, or golf to name but a few.

We are delighted to be able to share our home with our guests and would like to extend the warmest of welcomes.

I am a father of 2 boys and married to Lisa Yatco. We live in Ontario, Canada where we spend most of our time. We are currently employed and looking at early retirement soon. We purchased our dream home in Davenport, Florida in 2016 and decided to rent and share this with guests while we are away. We discovered the Legacy Park community and felt the quiet and pristine development to be welcoming. We fell in love with this property as soon as we walked through the door. The open and spacious floor plan surrounds the enticing views of the pool and lanai area. The feeling of comfort in this home away from home was an instant attraction. We also knew that we would be able to accommodate family and friends, allowing them space and privacy of their own with self contained bathrooms in each spacious bedroom. The Villa is close to a variety of restaurants, golf courses, shopping and other amenities. We hope you will build fond memories and experience joy and laughter with your family and friends.

My husband, Rich, and I live outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the United States. We have two daughters and one son ages 37, and 34 (twins). We have been married for 40 years. Rich is the Vice President of a small pharmaceutical company, and I am the Administrative Assistant to the Principal at one of our local elementary schools.

We have always loved vacationing with our children, and Florida has always been one of our favorite places to stay. When Blue Horizon Villa became available for sale, we knew this was the place we wanted to make memories in.

We got the itch early on. You can call it mouse fever, if you will. For over a decade, often two or three times a year, we have visited the region of Walt Disney World.  Our kids were young and we would make the trek down from Canada for the picturesque and often snowy drive to the Sunshine State. We quickly became hooked. 

Now, here we are, just two empty nester Canadians, sharing our love and passion for Florida.  We purchased this lovely home (formerly TLC Villa) and made an ode to carry on a beautiful tradition that was already created. 

When we aren’t full time real estate agents in Canada, this place is our true getaway.  It allows us the time to kick back by the pool and enjoy some silence.  Go enjoy a few rounds of golf and humble ourselves by not being professional PGA players.  A quick trip to the coast to get our fix of sand and salt air.  This home was meant for family and friends to have a place to visit, laugh and create memories.

We are the Meier Family (Kris, Julie, Ben and Nathan). We hope you will find our luxury villa captivating and will consider booking a stay with us soon. You may be wondering why we bought our villa. Well, as a teenager I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house in N. Fort Myers, Florida. I was able to enjoy spending time at the local beaches and occasionally visiting Orlando and its various amusement parks.

Now we have two adult children, who we wanted to bring to Florida to enjoy all it had to offer. Our goal was to travel at least two times a year to Orlando and stay at the local 4 & 5 star hotels, but the costs were just too great. We started looking for alternatives. That is when we learned about vacation villas.

Having found the Florida lifestyle and weather very much to our taste and not to mention the incredible attractions and fabulous leisure pursuits that abound in this state, we were lucky enough to be able to buy a villa close to Disney. To help with the expenses and because we eventually want to make this a retirement home, we decided to make the villa available to rent year-round.

As it is currently our vacation home we have made it as comfortable and as much like home as we can and hope that our guests enjoy the atmosphere we have created when they stay. We have added lots of items to the villa such as: CD Players, large screen TVs, DVD Players, High Speed Internet, Vidoe game consoles, and cable in all of the bedrooms. We have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, phones, clock radios just to name a few. We are also mindful of children and have games, books, children’s videos, cot, stroller and highchair.

There is a wonderful large pool in the back with pool toys and inflatable rafts for you to use. The comfortable pool furniture should make life ‘great’ during your stay. This we hope will lead to guests wanting to return and also recommending us to others.

Many of our guests have been trying a villa holiday for the first time and they are now converted to ‘villa’ holidays as the best form of accommodation!! They are experiencing luxury at a very inexpensive price and getting so much more for their money than just a hotel room!!!! There is local management that watches the property to make sure there are no problems during your visit.
