After years of staying in hotels we decided to purchase and set up our own holiday home in the Orlando, Florida area. The requirements were simple, it had to be large enough for one or two families to share in comfort, close to Disneyworld and provide every convenience that you could want in a vacation home.

I think we’ve done a good job and we would like for you to enjoy it too. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms it is large enough to comfortably sleep ten (plus baby). It has a south facing private pool and a large shady lanai.

Our luxury Florida villa is the ideal place to return to at the end of a long day in Disneyworld. With all the comforts of home you can relax around the swimming pool with a glass of wine and watch the sun set or play games on the Nintendo Gamecube with your children.

The villa is located in the Westridge community, one of the nicest planned communities in the Orlando area. Set in the pine tree and orange grove landscape of Highway 27, the house is just 15 minutes easy drive from Disneyworld, twenty minutes from Universal Studios and thirty minutes from Orlando International Airport

With nearly 1,700 sq ft of air-conditioned living space it includes four large bedrooms, including a Master suite and a large family bathroom. Every bedroom is en-suite or is next to a bathroom.

With our local management company always on hand to assist with everything from Disney tickets to booking a golf-day at one of Orlando’s first-class courses, we have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and luxurious holiday in the Sunshine State.

Our Luxury Florida Villa is a family owned holiday vacation villa, just minutes from Disney and many more Orlando area theme parks.

Our villa will accommodate up to 8 guests. It is fully equipped, fully furnished and air conditioned. Our villa has free wireless internet access for your laptop computer, voip phone or PDA/iPad. Free telephone calls to the USA & Canada.

Our villa has its own private heated screened south facing swimming pool with a partial covered lanai with mature landscaping , Palms trees, orange trees and hedges for your added privacy.

Our Luxury Florida Villa accommodation comprises of a Master bedroom with King bed, en-suite full bathroom, walk in closet, HD/TV, Roku Programming, Radio alarm clock & patio doors leading to the pool deck .

2 Guest bedrooms with Queen and Twin beds and closets, TV's and alarm clocks.

Second full bathroom shared by twin and queen guest rooms.

Guest Queen bedroom with closet, HD TV ,DVD and radio alarm clock.

The open living area has a wrap around leather sofas, 55" HD/TV with triple sliding patio doors leading to the pool area.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and bar stools.

Breakfast nook with table in the kitchen area.

Utility room with full size washing machine and dryer.

The dining area includes a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests.

Our villa is provided with all linen and towels. Cots and high chairs are available at our villa with no extra charge.

Games room with a Pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball and a selection of games. We provide a Xbox One and PS/4 for your kids to use with a 50" TV.

Pool can be heated for an extra charge not normally required April to September.

Our management company will provide any help and support for you during your stay and are only a quick phone call away.

We do highly recommend Vacation Insurance from the date of booking.

The Villa is located at Westridge in Davenport, less than 14 minutes from Disney World.

This villa has been furnished to the highest standards. It has a large lounge area, dining area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - 1 is ensuite.

The home is fully alarmed for your security, and smoke detectors and child alarms on doors leading to the pool area. There is also a safe for your valuables.

Private Screened Pool, pool heating is available at an extra cost. Security lights provided at night.

Sleeps up to 8 people.

Community pool, clubhouse, childrens play areas, tennis courts, basketball courts and volleyball area is within 2 blocks of the villa.

A selection of childrens films, XBOX One and PS4 games are available.

There is a dining area in the kitchen for breakfast and snacks and also a separate more formal dining area for additional seating or for those special evening meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (ice maker), dishwasher and all crockery and utensils.

Full Laundry/washing facilities (washer, dryer) are also available and are located in the laundry room inside the villa.

The home has 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, 2 twin single bedrooms. All rooms have fans installed. (All bed linen and towels are provided)

For younger guests the house is equipped with a cot (we have 2 of these), high chair and buggy (all available at no extra cost).

Patio doors lead out onto the lanai, this is equipped with luxury furniture & large pool (heatable in the cooler months at an extra cost).

We converted our garage into a game room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball, Darts and a XBOX One and PS4 video game system.

Normal season prices from $900.00 / £717.00 per week.

Pool heating is an optional extra of $180/£144 per week.

Every stay will incur a cleaning charge of $130
