Meet the owner

Stephen and Wendy Downs
In 1991 we had a "once in a lifetime visit" to Florida, and stayed in a private villa. We loved it!. On the way back to the airport we decided it wasn't going to be a "once in a lifetime" visit as we enjoyed it too much. As soon as we got home we booked to return the following year.

In March 2013 we had our 8th holiday in the Orlando area. We stayed on Eagle Pointe for the second time, and decided that it was the perfect place to have a home of our own. When we viewed this villa, we fell in love with it!

We chose Eagle Pointe because of its location close to all the attractions, easy access to local amenities and its family friendly community.

Our luxury Florida villa by the lake is a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom villa with its own private pool overlooking a beautiful lake in Kissimmee just minutes from Walt Disney World and the rest of Central Florida's many attractions including SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios.

It comfortably sleeps eight, is decorated to a high standard and is fully equipped with everything you might need including plenty of cutlery, crockery, linen and towels. Check out the photos and details of all the main rooms of our Florida villa.

The house is all on one level and has two large separate living/dining areas, an air-conditioned games room and a large pool with a covered lanai (gazebo) where you will always find a bit of shade if you want it. The back of the property faces West and the pool is in sunlight all day from about 10 o'clock every morning until sunset.

It comfortably sleeps eight, is decorated to a high standard and is fully equipped with everything you might need including plenty of cutlery, crockery, linen and towels. Check out the photos and details of all the main rooms of our Florida villa.

The master ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and leads out directly onto the pool deck, ideal for grabbing a shower after a dip in the pool.

The house is all on one level and has two large separate living/dining areas, an air-conditioned games room and a large pool with a covered lanai (gazebo) where you will always find a bit of shade if you want it. The back of the property faces West and the pool is in sunlight all day from about 10 o'clock every morning until sunset.

Our spacious well-equipped luxury Florida villa is over 1,900 square feet and is all on one level providing easy access to everyone.

It is air-conditioned throughout (including the games room) with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms plus the family room. There are also at least two pillows for every guest plus plenty of hand towels, bath towels and beach towels.

There is an attractive cool ceramic floor tiling through all the main living areas, kitchen and family bathroom. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a large closet (walk-in closet in the master bedroom). Two bedrooms also have DVD players.

As well as cable TV providing over 150 channels, there is also a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV in the family room with apps allowing you to access your own subscription services like Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon etc. as well as a Blu-Ray player, iPod dock with speakers plus playing cards, games such as Scrabble, jigsaw puzzles, dominos, books and a selection of DVDs and CDs for your entertainment.

For added security, we have a large capacity safe (securely bolted to the floor) for storing valuables including cameras and small laptops.

To allow you to keep in touch with family and friends, our villa comes with free Wi-Fi and free local and national calls to the USA and Canada.

Sunset Paradise

We have just spent 10 days at this amazing villa, and wish we could have stayed longer, great pool area, for sunbathing,
or watching the beautiful sunsets. The Villa has everything you could ever need on vacation, and the owners
Steve and Wendy were tremendous with communications, we have stayed in a few villas over the years in Orlando
and this is the only one we would return to.
