Sunbeam Villa is situated on a new resort community on highway 27 and offers you the best of both worlds. You have your own space and privacy in this luxury 4 bedroom villa but with the benefits of first-class resort facilities on your doorstep. Sunbeam Villa is waiting to welcome you through its doors for a memorable vacation.

The villa itself has been furnished to a high standard by an interior designer. The main feel of the house is quite contemporary giving a very spacious feel to what is already a large 4 bedroom villa. The bedrooms are all themed to make you feel like you are travelling around America. The master has a New York theme with luxurious furnishings; the second master has a New Orleans theme. The twins share a bath and are Seaworld, very Floridian and the 2nd twin is Californian for those that love to feel like they are surfing! All bedrooms have TV, clock radios and hairdryers.

Description

The more formal living area is at the front of the house, comfortable leather sofas and an elegant dining suite. The kitchen leads to the breakfast nook and the family room at the rear of the villa which then leads onto the pool deck. Everything that you could possibly need is supplied from laundry facilities, major kitchen appliances, all linens and pool towels. A selection of pool accessories are provided for your enjoyment in the pool as well as more traditional items like a VCR/DVD player.

The pool and the surrounding deck have ample padded loungers and table and chairs for outdoor dining and a BBQ grill. Plastic tableware is provided for the outdoor experience so you can relax at night looking at the illuminated pool whilst sipping your wine in the bubbling spa!

Sunbeam villa has a games room for those seeking shade from the sun, so you can challenge each other to a round of pool or table tennis!

For the younger members with you, we provide a toy box and all facilities necessary for a comfortable stay from a cot, stroller, high chair and baby monitor.

The Solana club itself has a state of the art 4000 SF clubhouse, sundry shop, snack bar, large resort sized pool, spa, interactive children’s play area, sand volleyball court, putting green, recreation/soccer field, internet room, fitness room, arcade and a meeting area with reception and guest services. So whether you want to spend a quiet day at the villa in between parks or shopping, or want to mix with other vacationers at the clubhouse, or perhaps check those important messages or even trying to keep in shape in the gym, Sunbeam Villa at Solana resort has it all to offer you.

Please note the above rates are not valid for 'Holiday Periods' ie any date that overlaps New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving or Christmas and some school breaks. Please email us for a quote.

Pool Heater is an additional £85 / $150 per week plus tax.

All weekly rates include tax. This is payable no matter where the booking is made, despite what some other owners may claim. We are happy to provide a copy of our tax receipts to show that this does get past on by us to the tax collector!
