Joseph Yatco
I am a father of 2 boys and married to Lisa Yatco. We live in Ontario, Canada where we spend most of our time. We are currently employed and looking at early retirement soon. We purchased our dream home in Davenport, Florida in 2016 and decided to rent and share this with guests while we are away. We discovered the Legacy Park community and felt the quiet and pristine development to be welcoming. We fell in love with this property as soon as we walked through the door. The open and spacious floor plan surrounds the enticing views of the pool and lanai area. The feeling of comfort in this home away from home was an instant attraction. We also knew that we would be able to accommodate family and friends, allowing them space and privacy of their own with self contained bathrooms in each spacious bedroom. The Villa is close to a variety of restaurants, golf courses, shopping and other amenities. We hope you will build fond memories and experience joy and laughter with your family and friends.

Summary

Newly painted interior and exterior one story bungalow is 15 mins to Disney World, near Golf courses, restaurants, groceries, fast food eateries and other attractions. It is located in Legacy Park community off Hwy 27 within minutes to I4. The villa is perfect for couples, business travelers and families with children up to maximum of 10 persons. It has 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms with an open kitchen and living room which is perfect for families to socialize easily and the living & master bedroom opens up onto the oversized pool deck with South Facing Pool and Spa, which catches the sun all day long. A luxury vacation home in every sense for you to enjoy and return year after year. The property is close to many amenities such as golf courses, restaurants, banks, shopping, fast food, groceries and more. Walmart Superstore is open 24 hrs which is 2 mins away off Hwy 27 pass Hwy 192.



Champions Gate is 6 miles and Southern Dunes Golf & Country club is 16 miles away of Hwy 27.

This luxurious & spacious bungalow is our dream home located in a very quiet Legacy Park community. All of the main floor was recently tiled and 3 adult bedrooms have new mattress. The property consist of the following:



1 King master with ensuite bathroom with TV and couch which has access to the lanai area. This luxurious King Master Suite has a huge en-suite bathroom, with a bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, two vanity units and private toilet. There are two closets available.



1 Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom with smart TV with vanity, ensuite tub and toilet.



1 Double bedroom with smart TV and with access to a full bathroom which has a stand-up shower, toilet and vanity.



2 Twin bedrooms with 2 beds each with smart TV in each and has access to a full bathroom in between bedrooms.



Open concept kitchen and family room which has access to the fully screened lanai area.



Dining and living room also has access to the fully screened lanai area.



Laundry room access is off the kitchen.



Spacious lanai to host BBQ and family meals.



Game room has a pool table, foosball and electronic piano with board games/table for the kids. This room also has access to a full bathroom with tub, toilet and sink.



Huge backyard for kids to play.



All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and 3 adult rooms have new mattress for comfort and relaxation.



Parking is available for two vehicles.

Although conveniently close to the main road links, the villa is positioned so as to retain its quite and peaceful charm. DISNEY is the closest attraction - about 15 minutes drive - with Universal, Sea World and others, a little further away. I-4’s Exit 55 is just a few minutes away and provides quick and easy access to Busch Gardens and the beaches near Tampa on the West Coast, or the Space Coast beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne, and all of the Central Florida attractions. This villa is centrally located with easy access to major highways such as I-4. Clearwater beach is 1.5 and Sarasota beach is 1.75 hours away.

The house was perfect for my family!!! Spacious, clean and communication with host was excellent! The pool was utilized by my family almost all day everyday! Conveniently close to restaurants, TARGET and many souvenir shops! Will definitely be booking again to make this an annual family trip!

We are retired Snow Birds who stayed with another retired couple -Feb and March 2022 at this Villa. The location is great and well back from Hwy 27 in an enclave giving you privacy. Th house is a well situated villa across from a grass
green space mini park and the the backyard is large with total privacy. The home is extremely inviting from the front over 3000 sq. ft and feature comortable firm beds. The home was very clean and well kept. The highlight of the house is the large muti faceted kitchen which will be the centre of your cooking and social activity-also charming is the outdoor L shaped deck with covered area overlooking a large pool. Great get away for families of any size. The owner Joseph was eager to help with any situation and is prompt with any questions we had. Enjoy!
