All areas have recently been upgraded with new flooring, furniture, appliances, quartz countertops and cabinets. A south facing pool and spa and games room are also provided to give our guests a comfortably stylish accommodation, that will meet all of your vacation needs.
The villa is situated within the exclusive Glenbrook Resort on Highway 27 in South Clermont. Glenbrook is a beautifully maintained, refined and quiet community with finely manicured lawned areas and a clubhouse that includes a lounge area, gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis court, toddlers play area, table tennis, pool table, volleyball area and fishing lake.
The villa is situated within the exclusive Glenbrook Resort on Highway 27 in South Clermont. Glenbrook is a beautifully maintained, refined and quiet community with finely manicured lawned areas and a clubhouse that includes a lounge area, gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis court, toddlers play area, table tennis, pool table, volleyball area and fishing lake.
About the property
We proudly offer our villa as an exceptional, contemporary, clean and fully air-conditioned accommodation, sleeping 8 comfortably in four bedrooms, one king, two doubles and one twin.
It benefits from having two distinct living areas:- the family room includes comfortable and stylish seating for 6 (plus two barstools) and a 65 inch Smart TV allows our guests to access all their favourite streaming content. The additional dining/living area provides additional lounge seating for 5, a small library of fiction books and a large dining table.
There is a large, remodelled kitchen, benefitting from stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, that includes a separate breakfast nook seating area. For our guests convenience we provide both a drip and K Cup coffee maker.
We have one king, two queen and one twin bedroom that have all recently been upgraded with new flooring and furnishings, and include a smart TV in each room.
Our games room includes a high quality 8ft slate bed pool table, air hockey table and a smart TV.
An additional pool bathroom, allows direct access on to the pool deck area.
Outside there is a wonderful south facing Pool and Spa, that can be heated on request. We are one of only a small number of villas in the resort with a pool deck that incorporates a covered patio/lanai area. High quality and comfortable patio furniture is also provided.
For our guests peace of mind, a monitored security system is also provided along with a safe located in the walk closet in the primary bathroom.
A crib and high chair are also available for our younger guests.
Our villa is located on a quiet street within the Glenbrook resort and only a short walk from the resort clubhouse facilities including a gym room, communal pool and recently resurfaced tennis court.
We are well located for local access to supermarkets and restaurants, and a state of the art gym offering short term memberships. DisneyWorld is only a twenty minute drive from the villa, with Universal Studios a further 15-20 minutes.
The beautiful Lake Louisa State Park is only a few miles north on US27 and the vibrant town of Clermont offering a historic downtown area, a large lake offering a number of motorised and non-motorised water sports and many shops and restaurants is only a few miles further north. It really is worth a visit!
