The Shire at West Haven is the gateway to Central Florida being located just off Hwy 54. Its ideal location makes for easy access to Hwy 27, Hwy 192, I4 and the Theme Parks in addition to many prestigious championship golf courses such as those at Champions Gate, Reunion, Providence and Highlands Reserve being within a 5-10-minute drive!

It is a beautiful secure gated community and is considered to be one of the very best locations in the Orlando area. Our guests will also have access to the community clubhouse (100 yards away) offering a range of recreational facilities including a resort-style swimming pool, two tennis courts, beach volleyball, table tennis, a fully equipped gym and lounge area.

Posner Park, a retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, with dining, shopping and entertainment facilities is only 2 miles away. Disney World is just 15 minutes away while Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport only 40 minute drive away - all can be reached via the I4 at Champions Gate.

The fabulous beaches of the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic beaches are just an hours’ drive away (all distances and timings are estimated via Google Maps for reference purposes).

Large open plan with kitchen overlooking family room with large sectional sofa and two armchairs. New 86” HD TV with cable, Netflix, Amazon and Youtube. This lovely big room leads through patio door onto the covered lanai and south-facing pool.

[Kitchen]
With a breakfast bar which offers seating for 6 together and family dining table for an additional 4 diners overlooking the the pool. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped to handle all your family food preparation needs.

[Lounge]
A lovely quiet sitting room with sofa and armchair for reading your favourite book.

[Dining]
Modern, formal dining area immediately adjacent to the formal lounge has a large rectangular table and seating for 6.

[Bedrooms]

[The King Master Bedroom Suite] (1st floor) - a spacious retreat with large French doors that open onto a full-length private balcony overlooking the pool and stunning south-facing views, with no rear neighbours. This beautifully dressed master includes a wall-mounted 75” HD TV providing a private haven away from the family! A very expansive en-suite features a large, separate shower and tub bath with his and her twin sinks.

[The second King Master bedroom] (1st floor) - offers the same access to the full-length balcony via French doors. Again, a generously sized room also features a wall-mounted 65” HD LCD TV for your enjoyment. A closet and en suite with new for 2026 walk in double shower complete this room

The shared full-length balcony for both Master suites features wicker rocking chairs with a ceiling light and fan – ideal to sit, relax and watch the world go by.

[The third bedroom] is a Queen bedroom (ground floor) - benefits from a 32" TV, closet and neighbouring bathroom offering a shower over bath and sink vanity.

[Bedroom 4] (1st floor) - with twin beds overlooking the front gardens benefits from a closet and 55” HD LCD TV. This bedroom can be for adults, teens or children and hence is done in a neutral décor.

[Bedroom 5] (1st floor) is another twin-bedded room with bright décor and 32” TV to keep the kids amused.

[Bonus Room / The Den] (1st floor) equipped with 43” 4k TV, Games console, Blue Ray films and DVDs. A perfect space to kick back and chill out away from the adults for a few hours

[Bathrooms]
2 family bathrooms and 2 en-suites.

[Games Room] - fully separate air conditioning (installed June 2024) and equipped with an 8ft pool table, foosball table, basketball game and 50” HD TV.

[Pool]
Our fully screened pool deck and swimming pool with raised spa area is truly amazing and we feel sets this Villa out from the crowd. With a totally south facing aspect and no rear neighbours, it offers complete privacy and stunning views through the palm trees that flank the outside. Dine al fresco, enjoy the Florida sunshine or just sit and relax in the shade of the large covered lanai on a balmy evening – this pool deck is an “absolute gem” that is hard to beat. A child safety fence offers protection for smaller guests and the pool may be heated for an additional charge as detailed below.

[Additional Security]
For further peace of mind, the Villa has a digital safe for passports, documents etc – guests may make use of this free of charge. Finally, unmonitored CCTV covers the front porch, driveway and sides of the property but for your privacy does not cover the lanai, pool deck or rear of the property.

To give you an idea of possible prices, the owner has indicated the following:

Minimum stay is 7 nights with the exception of Easter and Christmas which is 14 nights.

UK rates are inclusive of local taxes, fees and Third party commissions. A quote in US dollars can be provided upon request. Cleaning is an additional £150 per stay. We do not have the facilities to accept PayPal or credit card payments.

Pool heat is available at an optional extra charge and is required to heat the spa.

Smoking/vaping is not permitted at this property and the person making the booking must be over the age of 25.

[How to make a reservation]
Making a reservation is easy just drop me an e-mail with your name and address, dates and party size to allow me to check availability and get back to you.

I will email you a confirmation letter, a booking form and a copy of our terms.

To secure your dates complete and return your completed booking form together with a £250 per week or part week deposit to hold the reservation.

The final balance, plus a fully refundable £300 security bond, is payable 12 weeks prior to departure, refunded following a satisfactory report from the Management Company. Door and Gate Access codes and directions are given 3 weeks before arrival.

Hi, we are Phill and Nicola Gaskell from Greater Manchester. In 2009, with children then aged 6 and 9, we visited Florida and Disneyworld for the first time and made wonderful memories. Since then we have been lucky enough to vacation there every year visiting the parks, attending local events, volunteering at a local childrens' charity and simply for a month a year living the 'American Dream'.

Following a 3 year search and, having recently retired, and with our children now 16 and 19, we finally found a villa that we all fell in love with. As you will see from the pictures, the pool deck is truly amazing and, in our opinion, is hard to beat anywhere on The Shire.

We have recently returned from a stay at BellaVista. From start to finish Phill and Nicola were so lovely to deal with. Arrival was really easy with a very comprehensive set of notes on how to use the automatic door locks - so convenient! The house itself was just perfect - really spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and fresh. There were so many areas for everyone to spread out in! Having smart TVs in every room was great and the 2 games rooms were just wonderful to have. The pool area was fab and had a gorgeous outlook while the upstairs deck off the master bedrooms was just beautiful - what an amazing spot for a morning coffee. Access to the community centre with its gym, swimming pool and tennis courts was a real bonus. The house was so well equipped, and everything was very good quality. Phill and Nicola have thought of everything. We really loved our time there; it was just perfect. Thank you both for sharing your beautiful villa with us. Thanks again!
