This very pleasant living area is furnished with sumptuous sofas, side tables with lamps, it’s an ideal place to retreat to away from the main family room where you could read a book. The family will enjoy those special dinners together in the formal dining area which has a polished wooden dining table and chairs, seating for 6.

The large informal sitting area furnished with sofas, coffee table, side tables and lamps, is the perfect place to relax whilst enjoying the entertainment centre. This features a 65-inch Smart HDTV with extensive digital cable as well as streaming using ROKU, your Netfix account is just few clicks away. It's a great room for all the family to get together for a movie night.



[Kitchen]



The large well appointed and fully equipped kitchen with laundering facilities is complimented with a centre island and informal eating area for 8. Overlooking the pool/spa and deck it’s a lovely place to start the day off gazing through the glass sliding doors out over to the lake, the view is even better when sitting outside under the lanai.

Sunbreeze Villa is licensed to sleep 12; we actually sleep a maximum of 11 guests, plus one or two babies in one cot and a pack 'n' play.

From the moment you open the sliding doors you will love the tranquillity, its the perfect place to relax after a long day at the parks The 30' pool has a lovely bubbly spa on a huge extended sunbathing deck with covered Lanai to provide shade. This fabulous south-facing outdoor living space gets the sun all day and overlooks a beautiful natural lake. The very natural area has a variety of birds and wildlife, Sand Cranes are regular visitors.



The extended outdoor deck area has plenty of space to lay out and sunbathe, as well as al fresco dining:
