This super 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Villa home is located on a corner lot by a dead-end street, in the quiet, secluded and secure area of Allamanda Grace at Crescent Lakes, one of the finest and most well-respected vacation villa areas in the entire Orlando area. Our villa is not overlooked by anyone except the local area birds. In addition, our villa is 100% owned, free and clear by Ursula and myself, so there is no fear of foreclosure in that the villa may be bank-owned and not there when you arrive.

Our over sized villa is fully equipped with all the comforts of home to include all kitchen appliances, washer, dryer, water purification system, new hardwood floors, new carpet and even down to a hairdryer and the last teaspoon that you will need. The entire villa has central Air Conditioning and Heating. All the comforts of home included in the rental price.

The swimming pool, spa and deck area are fully screened-in with some of the finest pool furniture that Orlando has to offer. You can relax in the sun or cool in the pool, or refresh in the spa after a long day at one of the close by Disney Parks. The pool and spa can also be heated for your comfort in the winter months at an extra charge per week or at a four-day minimum rate.

Master Bedroom #1 has a full-size walk-in closet, King Size Bed, lavish curtains, new carpets, ceiling fan, 32" HD TV, HD Digital TV, Cordless Phone and Answering Machine for your comfort and pleasure. The Master Bath a-joins the bedroom with a double-sized shower tub, picture mirror, deluxe toilet area, large bath towels and his and her matching sinks.

Master Bedroom #2 has a deluxe King Sized Bed, 39" HD Stereo TV, HD Digital TV, a mini living room, a Walk-in Closet and plenty of room to move around in.

The Third Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, 32" HD Stereo TV, HD Digital TV, Ceiling Fan, deluxe curtains, carpet, Large Walk-In Closet and a great view of the lake.

The Forth Bedroom sports Twin Beds, Ceiling Fan, 22" HDTV with HD Digital TV, deluxe curtains, new carpets and another Large Walk-In Closet.

The second bathroom a-joins the upstairs bedrooms, featuring a shower and bath combination, deluxe toilet, picture mirror, double sinks, large bath towels and hairdryer.

The living room area offers 2 full couches, lavish curtains, ceiling fan, hardwood floors, bar stools and an entertainment centre with a 55 inch Dolby Stereo HD TV, Digital HD TV, ROKU HD TV, DVD, a VCR and CD Stereo System.

The kitchen offers all the features that you would find in your own home including microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and ice maker in the side-by-side fridge. The kitchen is also fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, cups, mugs and drinking glasses. In addition, there is a deluxe breakfast area for those morning meals.

A full dining room area that features lavish curtains, hardwood floors and wall borders is provided to relax and have meals together. An a-joining bar area to the kitchen offers bar stools for a quick meal or snack.

There is a outside, covered seated smoking area for those who have not stopped the deadly habit.

The entire villa home is fully climate controlled with [air conditioning and heating] for your comfort and pleasure.

Limited access to the area that the home is located in, combined with a mobile radio-equipped security patrol adds to your vacation pleasure.

Disney is located 15 minutes away; with other parks and the city of Orlando less than 20 minutes drive away. Tampa is a 50-minute drive, Daytona Beach is a little more than one hour away, Kennedy Space Center and Casino Ships are a short 45-minute drive from the villa home, with Miami only 2.5 hours away. The new Legoland Park is also only a short 40-minute drive from the villa.

Hello Florida Vacation Lovers, Ursula and I want to welcome you to our Orlando Vacation Villa Homes!

Let me introduce myself and my German Bride of 40 years now. I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. In 1976 I joined the U.S. Army and entered Army service for the United States of America as a Military Policeman.

In 1978 I was transferred to Germany and ended up stationed in a town called Bayreuth in Bavaria. This is where I met Ursula in 1981 and a little over a year later in June of 1982 we were married.

Randy, our first son, was born in 1983 and Mike our second son, was born in 1986.

Randy later married the girl of his dreams, our daughter-in-law Jana, and they have been married for over 13 years. The first addition to the Kravis Family was born to Randy and Jana in 2015, our wonderful grandson, Ben Kravis! I must say, Randy and Jana did real good! Now Randy and Jana have done even better because our little American Sweetheart Granddaughter, Carla Kravis, was born in 2018.

Mike and his Bride, Carmen, the "Best of all Sweetharts" round out the nice circle that is the Kravis Family. Mike and Carmen were married this past October 2019. And now they have given us our third grandchild, Lya Kravis born April 2020. But wait! Now we have another Grandson now, Leo Kravis born January 2022.

I retired from the U.S. Army with 22 years of service in 1998 and I have been retired as a civilian employee for the Department of Defense and the U.S. Army in Germany as well since January if 2017. I work part time for the Stars and Stripes Newspaper. Ursula takes care of our family and is the best grandmother to Ben, Carla, Lya and Leo, that you could ever wish for.

Our hobbies are Baseball, riding our Harley in Florida, and keeping our Orlando Vacation Villa Home in tip top condition so that you may have a wonderful time on your Orlando Florida USA dream vacation!
