Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa on prestigious Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, with screened south-facing pool.

Our villa is situated on the award-winning Southern Dunes Golf Community, 20 mins. from the attractions.

It's a gated community with plenty of amenities including Walmart on its doorstep. It's a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom new villa on a PREMIUM plot, with SOUTH FACING PRIVATE SCREENED POOL overlooking the second tee, not overlooked.

It sleeps up to 8 people with a master suite, a second queen bedroom and a twin-bedded room, both central to the second bathroom. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

There is a games room with a full-size pool table, junior air hockey table & foosball, electronic dartboard, 2 adults & 3 children's bikes. There is also a PS2. We have fitted a safe in two bedrooms. A childs cot, highchair & pushchair are also available free of charge. Free Wi-fi internet access (bring your own laptop), & free local & national calls, ( including to Canada). All linens are provided.

Southern Dunes is a gated community with plenty of amenities including Walmart on its doorstep. Walmart is open 24/7, which can be very useful when returning from the theme parks. There are many facilities close to the entrance, including a Winn Dixie, Dollar General Store, a bank, petrol station, and numerous eating places. Many of these offer takeaways and some offer a home delivery service.

The villa comes with heating and air conditioning. The villa is open plan and has high vaulted ceilings giving a feeling of light and spaciousness.

The lounge area has two sofas, one of which can convert to a queen-size bed, if required. There is cable T.V., DVD/CD player, and a PS2. A ceiling fan has been added for extra comfort.

The dining area overlooks the pool area and has table seating for 6 people.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with 4 ring cooker and oven, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave cooker, dishwasher, juicer, coffee maker, electric toaster, and electric kettle. Many extras have been added to make it a home from home. There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools for extra seating. A washing machine and a dryer are located in the garage.

The master bedroom overlooks the pool area and has a queen-size bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a walk-in dressing room with a fitted safe. A ceiling fan has been added for extra comfort. There is a T.V., and clock radio.

The second double bedroom is at the front of the house, and also has a queen-size bed. Again a ceiling fan has been added for extra comfort. There is a walk-in wardrobe with fitted safe, and plenty of storage space. There is a T.V. and a clock radio.

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a walk-in wardrobe and plenty of storage.

The second bathroom is central to these two bedrooms. There are two hairdryers.

There is a games room with a full-size pool table, air hockey table, foosball, electronic dartboard, tennis racquets & balls, 2 adults & 3 children's bikes.

The pool and patio are south facing and overlook the second tee. This gives beautiful views over the golf course and means we are not overlooked at the rear. There is a table and 4 chairs, and 3 recliners. The pool may be heated if required, and there is a cover to retain the heat at night. We have fitted a retractable sun canopy for those days when you need some shade. There is also a b-b-q.

A child's cot, highchair & 2 pushchairs are also available free of charge.
