Sundance Villa is waiting to welcome you through its doors and invites you to make it your home for the duration of your vacation.

Sundance Villa has 4 bedrooms able to sleep 9 people plus one additional infant. The master suite has a 4 poster bed and doors that lead onto the deck. To help you feel in the holiday mood the theme to the room is a palm tree Floridian feel.

Master 2 has luxury furnishings with a tropical feel. The twin rooms share a bath and one is typically Disney and the other nautical. All bedrooms have TV’s, DVD players, clocks and hairdryers; in fact the Disney room even has a Disney TV!

The living area of the villa is split into 2 spaces. A more formal area to the front of the house, comfortable lounge and dining room with the kitchen, breakfast nook and family room at the rear leading onto the extended pool deck.

Whether you are looking for a luxurious home to relax in or somewhere to rest your feet between parks and shopping Sundance Villa has it all for you, so imagine….

…Lazing by the pool on large loungers listening to the boom box or watching the children’s excited faces splashing around in the pool playing with the pool accessories provided. Maybe you are sipping a glass of wine in the spa at night looking onto the illuminated pool, plastic tableware provided for your outdoor dining experience, BBQ sizzling away…..

Maybe you need to escape from the scorching sun for a while you could retreat to the shaded porch on the deck or into the games room for billiards, table tennis, football, electronic darts. You prefer PS2 no problem, enjoy the variety of games. Perhaps a movie is more for you on our plasma TV screen, DVD or VCR with a selection of family and children’s movies for you to choose from.

Our son invites the younger members of your group to share his toy box. All infant/baby facilities are provided at no extra charge. (Cot, stroller, high chair, baby monitor)

Should you be a budding golfer, 2 sets are provided so remember to leave your golf clubs at home!

Solana was built by the same developers that designed Terra Verde and Emerald Island. It is located in a popular area alongside communities such as Highlands Reserve, Westridge, Calabay Park and Hampton Lakes. It boasts a 4000 sq ft state of the art clubhouse, sundry shop, snack bar, large resort sized pool, spa, interactive children’s water play area, sand volleyball court, putting green, recreation/soccer field, internet room, arcade and a meeting area with guest services. It is a gated community so you have the best of both worlds with your own space inside of Sundance Villa and all the facilities on your doorstep of the resort where you can meet other vacationers. Solana is less than 15 minutes to Disney, 2 minutes to supermarkets for supplies and close to all other restaurants and amenities. The Golf and Atlantic coasts are just 1 hour by car.

To give you an idea of possible prices, the owner has indicated the following:

Low season prices from $1,100 / £800 per week.

Peak season prices from $1,400 / £1,050 per week.

Rental rates notes

Please note the above rates are not valid for 'Holiday Periods' ie any date that overlaps New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving or Christmas and some school breaks. Please email us for a quote.

Pool Heater is an additional £85 / $150 per week.

Stays of less than 7 nights may be subject to a cleaning fee of $100.

Additional nights are charged pro rata the weekly rates.

All prices are inclusive of tax. This is payable no matter where the booking is made, despite what some other owners may claim. We are happy to provide a copy of our tax receipts to show that this does get past on by us to the tax collector!

We are Neil & Camilla Heron and have a son Alex and daughter Marissa. We own both Sunshine Villa and Sundance Villa. Sunbeam Villa and Sunray Villa are owned by other family members, however we arrange all the booking and administration of the villas on their behalf.

We live in Dorset in England, although Neil is originally from Scotland. We met whilst we both worked for a major airline based at London Heathrow, but Camilla had to stop flying when Alex came along. Looking for an alternative to flying that Camilla could use her knowledge of travel and customer service, whilst being able to work from home, we bought and started renting our first overseas property - Sunshine Villa. We previously had experience renting property in the UK with corporate long term lets to Computer Associates and Honda F1 Racing employees.

With our experience in both property rentals and the travel industry put to good use, we soon found that we could not meet the demand for Sunshine Villa, especially during peak seasons, so decided to invest in a second home - Sundance Villa. As we were also getting lots of enquiries from our previous guests that had rented Sunshine Villa with their extended families but wanted to return on their own and didn't need such a large home, we decided to go for a smaller 4 bedroom villa but to make it even more luxurious inside.

We particularly aim to cater in our villas for families, especially with younger children, as we know from our own experience that providing some of the extra facilities we offer can take the stress out of the travelling and make a more enjoyable vacation for everyone.
