ONLY 3 miles to Disney! Luxury 7 bed 4.5 bath Upgraded Villa on Prestigious Emerald Island Resort with South Facing Extended Pool & Spa, Game Room, 75" HDTV, Play station 2 and many many extras. Sleeps MAXIMUM 14 inc babies. All TVs have now been replaced.Well Furnished, Interior Designed 2 Storey Villa to rent with: Seven Bedrooms and Four and a Half Bathrooms, Game Room, Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room, Kitchen with Extended Breakfast Bar.
Bedrooms are comprised of: Two Ensuite Master King-Size rooms, Two Queen-Size rooms, and Three Twin-Size rooms.
The South-Facing Pool has been extended to 14 feet by 32 feet, there is also an extended covered lanai area to shade you from the sun, as well as a pool deck which has also been extended to 21 feet by 40 feet. The heated Spa can hold up to six persons!
Shops, Banks & Restaurants can be found on the 192 within 5 minutes drive.

This house is ideal for large families or groups. With 7 bedrooms maximum of 14 people are accommodated. Though couples and smaller families do rent it too. The feedback has been they enjoy all the space.

Sorry, but we do not allow Smoking in our Villa due to allergies this includes vaping. The pool area can be used for Smoking ashtrays can be found in the pantry. We also do not allow Pets or BBQs.
The downstairs of the house can be accessed by a wheelchair person.
A safety fence surrounds the pool area for your child’s safety in mind. There also door alarms to detect opening and closing of the patios doors. With safety in mind, our home is protected by ADT alarm system. Children have to be supervised in the pool area at all times.
Our management company is not too far away and is contactable 24 hours a day if you have any problems.
