The light and airy Family room, with an over-sized comfy corner sofa which would comfortably seat 10 people, with elegant and functional plantation blinds at the windows giving the room a cool spacious and airy feel, designed for relaxation.

51"HDTV with Blu-rayDVD player and stereo CD player. Netflix and Roku streaming to all TV's and a wide choice of DVD's and CD's in the entertainment library, suited to all tastes, also an iPod docking station for the enjoyment of your choice in music.

HIGH-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS bring along your lap-top sit around the pool area and keep in contact with family and friends whilst away.

The neutral tiled flooring extends from the Family seating area, through to the informal dining area with a large table and eight chairs. The informal dining area overlooks the stunning pool, the French doors open out to the pool area with smart integrated blinds fitted between double glazed units. It is magical in the evenings with the fibre-optic lighting display accessed via safety alarmed French doors.

Also for your peace of mind, smoke detectors with emergency lighting are fitted on both floors, also fire extinguishers and a First aid box can be found in the pantry.

MASTER ONE

This magnificent king-size room has a King size bed, with ceiling fan and Large en-suite with his and her sinks and hairdryers which are available for guests in all bathrooms ( all wet areas within the villa have tiled floors ). The impressive walk in closet has a wall mounted security safe for the use of villa guests. There is also a three and two-seater sofa within master one, and TVand DVD player.

MASTER TWO

The second Master is situated at the front of the villa and has a Queen size bed, with ceiling fan, en-suite, T.V and large walk-in closet.

THE TWIN BEDROOMS

The two Twin bedrooms have ceiling fans, closets and share a bathroom and T.V.

Twin one has a subtle nautical theme whilst twin two has a Nemo theme.

FULLY FITTED KITCHEN

The Fully fitted open plan kitchen, which includes large french door fridge with double drawer freezer with ice-maker and filtered water, Range, Microwave and George Forman indoor/outdoor Grill, also a Dishwasher. Self-catering in this fully equipped kitchen is not only easy but enjoyable.

If however, cooking is not something you want to do when relaxing away from home, then the Champions gate shopping / Restaurant facilities are only 2 mins drive providing both restaurants and take-away food.

All kitchen equipment is provided toaster, mixer and coffee maker for that fresh morning coffee at the breakfast bar.

Fully fitted laundry room with Washing Machine and Clothes Dryer. Large and very efficient.

Wash basket, iron and ironing board are also within the laundry room.

GAMES ROOM

This room has been a real hit for all our guests but especially those from ten to teens.

POOL AREA

We believe this to be one of the most important areas within the villa, as when you are on your relaxation days it provides everything your family and friends desire. The fully screened pool area has a wonderful privacy hedge and child safety fence. A decision to upgrade the pool area with an extended deck has never been regretted it provides great space for the patio furniture including large dining table and shady Cabana, the pool area is not overlooked from the rear.

The 28ft X 14ft West-facing pool, overlooks the well-planted Tropical garden with Lemon and orange tree palms and grasses, Planting the garden area has been a great success it has provided further privacy and adds to the wonderfully tranquil atmosphere around the pool area with the bonus of visiting cardinals butterflies and dragonflies.

Poolside Cabana relax in the comfortable seating area beneath the Cabana, giving protection for you and your family from the Florida sun.

The pool area has a protective screen, child safety fence and a safety alarm on the pool access door, with the extended deck area, giving plenty of space for the deep-cushioned ' palm casual ' luxury patio furniture.

LAY BY THE POOL AND WATCH THE SUN-SET

Quality Sun-loungers, side tables, table, chairs, umbrella and Beach towels are all provided.

Gas BBQ available for use within the garden, perfect for sunny lunches around the pool.

Pool heating available if required upon request during the cooler months, should not be needed in the summer.

Ample linen and towels are also provided.

The half bathroom is accessible from the pool area which is a real bonus when there are young children in your party.
