Are you looking for the ideal location from which to enjoy all the central Florida attractions?If so, our 3-bedroom lakeside pool home situated on the most centrally located villa estates - not just for Disney but for all other attractions, shopping and the airport - could be just what you are after. Spend more time at the attractions and less time getting there.
Our villa features a fabulous screened pool area with 40ft long pool (the biggest private pool in Indian Wells!) and separate 20ft long spa set in a multi layered deck.

About the property
Living – The living area contains comfortable Floridian furniture and an entertainment centre incorporating a 55” LED television (with free on-demand HBO movies), Blu-ray player and CD hi-fi.
Dining - The fully equipped kitchen contains all you need and more; including range, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle as well as crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and pans. The dining area accommodates 6 people comfortably.
Relaxing - After a hectic visit to a theme park, relax in our stunning pool area on the luxury padded outdoor furniture, swim in our 40ft long pool, ease those aches away in the spa, enjoy our “read and swap” assortment of books or challenge the family to a board games from our fun selection.
Sleeping - The master bedroom has a huge king-size bed with luxury pillow-top mattress, en-suite shower/WC, large walk-in closet and 2nd television. There are two further bedrooms – one queen and one twin – with a second bathroom containing a low-level bath/shower. All three bedrooms provide lots of closet and drawer space for your holiday wardrobe.
Additional Facilities – These include a monitored security system, ceiling fans throughout, two telephones (with free local calls), clock radios, two hairdryers, utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer, cot, highchair, stroller, ample spare linen/towels and all safety features as required by Florida law. There is also a double garage with electric garage door-lift.
Indian Wells
There is one predominant and unbeatable feature of Indian Wells – location.
Situated just to the east of Walt Disney World, there are few other estates that can compete with this fantastic central position. Although it is only ½ mile north of the US192 with its shops, bars and restaurants, Indian Wells still retains the peacefulness of a quiet residential estate.
There are excellent community facilities including a year-round heated swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball and baseball courts, park, lake, fishing dock, children’s play area, picnic benches and even exercise equipment! Both the community pool and tennis courts are keyed for use only by residents and guests staying at Indian Wells.
For getting around, most of the major roads in the area converge close to Indian Wells, and even better, there are some “back-door” routes into attractions such as Disney and SeaWorld – great for avoiding traffic jams and queues.
