Windwood Bay
Windwood Bay is a newly finished tranquil community surrounded by conservation areas and forests. Perfectly located on the quiet 54, approximately 2 miles from the I4, the main highway, which can conveniently take you to all Theme Parks, attractions, shopping and both the East and West coastline.
Walt Disney World is within a mere 7 mile drive and Windwood bay offers effortless access right to Walt’s door step.
The lively 192 is less than a 10 minute drive away and boasts many restaurants, shops, crazy golf courses and attractions.
Old Town with its fair ground rides, shops and bars is approximately 9 miles away and the charming town of Celebration which is made up of picturesque houses, tantalizing restaurants, exclusive shops, its own hotel and cinema positioned around a large lake is only a few minutes drive away.
The community consists of both short term rentals and residential homes. With only around 200 villas, the setting is so peaceful and enchanting. The World Omni hotel is literally just around the corner, with its wonderful views of the Championsgate golf course; it offers several restaurants and bars to guests staying at Windwood Bay.

Orlando International airport is less than a 30 minute drive away. Sanford Airport is approximately 50 minutes away.
