WHAT SHALL WE DO TONIGHT?
Well it is another million-dollar question and who has the answer?
I don’t claim to have it but here is a small list of suggested places to fill your evenings.
The Orlando night time scene does cater for adults and children alike and many of the theme parks are opened late into the evening depending o the season with lots of fun things to do for all the family. But it is after dark (and children’s bedtimes) when things start to come alive, especially in downtown Orlando where the locals go partying and other famous places to party such as Universals City Walk or Disney’s Pleasure Island come alive. Orlando boasts around 100 evening venues to keep you amused.
The nighttime fun does not have to revolve around eating and drinking, although if you read many of the other articles on here you will release that there are many places to enjoy these particular things so I have only touched lightly on eateries.
For a more relaxing evening why not visit the Boardwalk and enjoy the free magic shows, take a boat ride, watch the dueling pianos and then to end the evening watch the fireworks and maybe a little shopping if it takes your fancy and after all who can resist? Plus if the urge to eat takes you and you fancy a nibble you can choose from snacks such as the famous funnel cake or Churritos or a slice of Pizza washed down with Sangria or even sit down in one of the restaurants.
Down town Disney hosts a whole list of things to do in the evening, especially Pleasure Island where you will find half a dozen night clubs and a comedy club, bars are open to all hours to keep you partying til the wee small hours.
There is also Cirque de Soleil at Down Town Disney and this is absolutely amazing! This has to be seen to be believed and I could not do it justice here so I won’t try, go and see it for yourself. Fancy a bite to eat well how’s about the Rain Forrest Café or the posher Fulton’s Crab House? Or off to Raglan Rod for a bit of Irish dancing and some Guinness!
Universal’s City Walk is another fun place to spend the evening, although it is abit more of a grown up crowd and maybe some locals.
Whatever you decide to do you are bound to have fun and maybe a sore head in the morning!
