Universal Studios
Universal Studios Park Review at Orlando Florida.
The theme park Universal Studios is a must visit if you are on vacation in Florida. It is joined with Islands of Adventure, and their motto of “Two incredible theme parks, too incredible to miss” is absolutely true. The parks are suitable for all members of the family, and have rides and attractions to entertain everybody.
Universal studios is split into 6 different locations, with each section giving you a different experience.
When you first step into Universal Studios, you find yourself in the midst of a real film studio, aptly named Production Central. In here you will find the new Transformers ride, where flight simulation takes you on an epic 3D journey. You can also join Shrek, Fiona and Donkey on their honeymoon, and laugh at the Minions from Dispicable Me. The Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit will video your rollercoaster ride so you can enjoy the experience over and over again! This is one of my favourites as you can choose your own music too!
The next city is New York, where you will find several attractions along the 1920’s alleyway and the more modern city of New York. The mummy rollercoaster will have you fighting an army of mummy warriors in the dark. I really enjoyed this ride too, as it was very different to any of the others. Twister lets you experience a tornado in a very lifelike re-enactment, and you can party the night away with the Blues brothers.
Hollywood recreates the glamorous fim-making city in America, where you can learn how to apply film make up from the make up show and watch Terminator 2 in a combination of 3D and real life! l
The World Expo section is home to the Simpsons ride and men in Black where you are agents in training. The Simpsons has a great food area where you can try a Krusty Burger!
In San Francisco you can star in your very own movie, in which you will survive an enormous earthquake. You can also watch Fear factor, which is full of fun, and have a party with Beetlejuice in his graveyard!
Finally, there is Woody Woodpecker land. This area is great for the kids to have fun and the adults to reminisce about the great ET. Woody Woodpecker land has a huge playground, Woody’s own roller-coaster and Barney the Dinosaur comes to perform.
