Seaworld in 4 Hours
We find that this is usually one of the less crowded Parks and if you are pushed for time and organize your day it is possible to visit Seaworld and enjoy all the attractions you want to in 4 hours.
The rest of the day is then yours to do other attractions /shopping. /relaxing. At times we return to our villa to relax by the pool whilst the girls swim and then go for an evening meal. Other times when we have got loads of stamina we go across to Universal Studios and/or Islands of Adventure as they are only five minutes away. In the summer months these parks are open late so you can still fit an afternoon and evening in there. The other option of course is shopping as you are near both Premium and Prime Outlets.
We usually check on the internet the operating hours for the Parks before we leave the villa. If you click into the Seaworld calendar for the day you wish to visit you will also see the timetable for the individual attractions. These are subject to change but if you collect a Park Map when you get to the park you can check the times are correct on there.
We try to get to the Park 15 minutes before the gates are due to open. This usually ensures that we get to park the car near the entrance gates.
Once inside after picking up our map we bear left and follow the map and the signs to Karken SeaWorld' s roller coaster and make this our first ride of the day.
After an exhilarating ride on Kraken, we go straight next door to the combined water ride and roller coaster Journey to Atlantis. If you do not want to get wet do not forget to take your ponchos on this ride.
Next we head back toward the middle of the park (where the big Sky Tower is), bearing left at the penguin exhibit. We proceed onto the Clyde and Seamore Pirate Show. Be careful though if stadium is getting busy and the clown is near you as you enter. Make sure you keep your eye on him because he is very good at entertaining the crowd at your expense!
After the show we head back towards the Believe stadium. We stop next door to the stadium and go to Wild Artic. This is a flight simulator ride followed by a walk-through in a simulated arctic environment.
Before we go to see Shamu in Believe we stop at the little self service restaurant opposite to have a quick lunch of wraps and drinks. As well as soft drinks you can get cold beer here.
Once we have seen Believe we go back to our car very satisfied with fitting in so many attractions in such a short time.
If you are still near to Seaworld later that evening you could go back to see the evening Shamu show, but be warned if you sit at the front you are likely to get wet.
