Restaurants at Celebration
Celebration is a little town just south of the US 192 adjacent to Interstate 4. One of the best ways of finding it, if you have never visited Celebration before, is to follow the directional signs around Walt Disney World.
We love to visit Celebration each time we are on holiday in Orlando, mainly for the pace of life, a lovely walk around the lake and of course to visit the restaurants. Below I have given a brief overview of selected restaurants you too may wish to visit.
Market Street Café - 701 Front St, Tel: 407-566-1144Market Street Café is excellent value for money. Serving sandwiches, salads and plenty of comfort food, it is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week. The house speciality is a baked potato omelette. The staff are very friendly and there is a wonderful children’s menu, even the pickiest child should be able to find something here! The café has indoor and outdoor seating
Sherlock’s of Celebration - 715 Bloom St, Tel: 407-566-1866Sherlock’s of Celebration is a family run business serving lunches, dinners and not forgetting the wonderful afternoon teas consisting of over thirty varieties of tea, delicately cut sandwiches, fresh scones with jam and cream and pastries. Sherlock’s is very easy to find, just look for the English red telephone box. The café had indoor and outdoor seating.
Café d’Antonio - 691 Front St, Tel: 407-566-2233 Café d’Antonio is an Italian restaurant serving lunch and dinner and featuring an open kitchen and wood-burning oven. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. The menu features fresh fish, steak, seafood, pasta, chicken, veal and also a children’s menu. Enjoy the full bar service with an excellent wine list.
Columbia Restaurant - 649 Front St, Tel: 407-566-1505Columbia Restaurant is a family owned business featuring Spanish and Cuban cuisine. Serving lunch and dinner, the restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating with a children’s menu available. Try the Red Snapper Alicante with sweet Spanish onions and peppers, the Paella a la Valenciana or the Filet Mignon Columbia.
Plantation Room - 700 Bloom St. , Celebration Hotel, Tel: 407-566-6000The Plantation Room at The Celebration Hotel has been awarded the AAA Four Diamond award. A high-class restaurant in an intimate setting the Plantation Room offers fresh seafood to aged North American beef. Sample the crawfish ravioli, tandoori spiced lamb or the goat cheese stuffed filet of beef.
StarbucksJust a regular Starbucks I’m afraid but we love to buy our vanilla lattes and then drink them whilst sitting in the rocking chairs by the lake.
