Bonefish Grill is located on Sand Lake Road near Barnes and Noble book store. This is a lively location and offers good value for an upscale restaurant. The original restaurant opened in St Petersburg in Florida back in January 2000 and since then the chain has grown and spread throughout Florida and is now starting to spread throughout the States.
Roy’s is a branch of the international food chain founded by chef Roy Yamaguchi and specialises in Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine. Visit the website to make an online reservation. The menus offer a selection of Roy’s signature dishes as well as frequently changing local choices.
Cedar’s Restaurant is a Lebanese restaurant located at 7232 West Sand Lake Road. On Saturday evenings they have belly dancing and they also offer bothe indoor and outdoor seating.
The Samba Room locsted at 7468 Sand Lake Road is as the name suggests a lively restaurant serving award winning Latin cuisine. Every Friday and Saturday evening they have Latin DJ’s, Latin Bands and Salsa Dance lessons from 10pm – what a great way to burn off that wonderful dinner you’ve just enjoyed.
Timpano Chophouse is a sophisticated and welcoming restaurant with a Martini Bar that offers live entertainment at the Baby Grand in the Starlight Lounge from Tuesday through to Saturday 6. 30pm – 1. 00am. They also offer a Daily ‘Happy Hour’ from 2pm – 7pm with $3 off all Wines by the glass, liquors and Martinis. Reservations can be made online at their website and are recommended.
Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse – From humble beginnings in New Orleans Ruth’s Chris has come a long way, they celebrated their 40th Anniversary in 2005. Online reservations can be made on the restaurant website. As well as an amazing selection of steaks they also serve a wide variety of seafoods and some really sumptuous deserts.
Restaurant Row is located in an area of Orlando called Dr Phillips and is just off International Drive. It is home to a great selection of restaurants and has more upscale restaurants than the traditional tourist areas of Orlando. Although some discerning tourists can be found, these restaurants tend to be patronised by the professional locals. The dress code is mostly smart casual although for some a jacket will be required. So if you’re looking for something new to try or somewhere for a special occasion then look no further here are just a few of the options available to those in the know!
