Our First Ever Visit to Florida - Part 12
So finally we have arrived at our destination Port Orleans on our first ever trip to Disney and indeed our very first ever trip to the USA.
We arrive at the check-in desk and are greeted by a very polite and happy receptionist not quite the same as our services at a hotel reception back home in the United Kingdom They just seem SO HAPPY.
Our Passport and booking paperwork is all checked by the desk and everything is soon sorted and the receptionist picks up a little radio and calls someone to take our bags and show us to the room within a few minutes a little golf cart type buggy arrives with a guy dressed in the Disney inform.
He greets us once again he is super friendly something were to notice a lot as this was our first trip to the USA, he loaded the cases into the back of the cart we, all 8 of us got on and we set off down the streets of Port Orleans.
First impressions were how clean everything was everywhere was so neat and tidy soon we stopped outside our rooms he unlocked the doors and showed us in before going back to the cart to bring the cases, the rooms were quite large with 2 double beds and a separate bathroom at the end all nicely decorated and very clean and tidy.
We quickly unpacked some of our stuff but we were all a little hungry and it was now around 6:30 pm and we needed to get some food before we crashed out in bed, but where to go at this time as we had just arrived.
