Information and Tips for Visiting Seaworld
Be sure to note the location of you car in the car park before you enter the Park. This is often hard to remember at the end of a long day we usually put it in one of our mobile phones.
Seaworld one day Passes allow a second day entry free. To save time go to the information kiosk as you pass through the turnstiles and get your free pass. This saves time as the queues for this can be quite long at the end of the day.
If you have a 1 or 2 year pass you will get free parking for every visit plus 10% off food and drink in the Park. This is quite a saving particularly on the parking.
Currently (February 2011) Florida Residents can get a Funpass for the price of a day pass. This is a great value because this will allow you in the Park at anytime throughout 2011.
Maps and schedules of the day’s events are available straight ahead of you as you pass through the turnstiles.
Stroller, Wheelchair and Locker rental are available at the front gate. There are stroller parking areas throughout the Park, However do not leave any items on your strollers when you leave them because these areas are unattended.
If you require Guest Services this is at the front of the Park. It is often a good idea to arrange to meet back here if you get separated from your party. There is a handy ice cream parlour just around the corner that you can sit at.
Parents can get wristbands for their children to wear with parent contact details on at Guest Services.
Lost and Found is also at Guest Services, any items found in the Park will be taken here.
If you need First Aid at the Park this is located behind Stingray Lagoon and in Shamu’s Happy Harbour.
Nursing areas for Mothers can be found at Guest Assistance Centre near Penguin Encounter or at the Baby Care centre at Shamu’s Happy Harbour.
Check out the “Tip Board” at the Guest Assistance Centre near Penguin Encounter it shows the current estimated wait times for the various rides.
Wheelchair visitors must transfer from the wheelchairs for the rides. On the Park map you will see red arrows for wheelchair access areas.
For smokers there are designated smoking areas these are also shown on the Park map.
If you intend spending a long day at Seaworld think about taking advantage of the All You Care to Eat Dining Plan. This costs approx $30 for adults and $15 for children and is available at various locations throughout Seaworld from opening time until about an hour before closing.
I hope all this information will help to make your trip to Seaworld all the more enjoyable.
