Hrd Rock Live.
I am sure you knew about The Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando, but did you know about The Hard Rock Live?
This venue is located right next to The Hard Rock Cafe in Universal Boulevard and displays an awesome range of Rock memorabilia. Indeed, if you were ever lucky enough to be invited into The John Lennon Lounge you would see furniture from THE John and Yoko' s sitting room. This is from their apartment in Manhatten, where he spent his final years before his violent death. .
This is Hard Rock, right, so you would expect to hear music from artistes of that genre but they also hold other events including Beauty Pageants and Cheer Leading competitions. And the music is pretty eclectic as well.
They are also known for booking the best comedians to do a spot. So if you need a laugh check those dates out.
Right, now back to the music. As far as us Brits go, there are some artistes featured with whom we would not be familiar but among the offerings in the next few months I spotted acts as disparate as k. d. Laing, The Gipsy Kings, Slash, Earth Wind and Fire, Adam Ant and Ziggy Marley.
And, you know what, if I was out for the Adam Ant dates I would have to go and see for nostalgia' s sake; do you think he still gets as extravagently dressed up? He has had a recent troubled past so nice to know that he is back on track again.
So what can you expect to pay for a concert here? Well, standing room at one concert we went to was $37. 50 plus $11. 70 fees; a bar stool with restricted views was $63 plus $12. 50 fees and a guaranteed seat in balcony was $53 plus $12 fees.
They have good access for wheelchair users.

It might be an idea to book for a concert to round off your day at Universal; however, after you have walked round all day a guaranteed seat might be well worth those extra dollars. Have fun!
