Another perfect day in Florida
I had such fun dreaming about my fantasy day in Florida that I decided I would permit myself a sneaky second go.
The main destinations for the morning are Legoland, Bok Gardens and Chalet Suzanne. So, since we are heading down the Highway 27, we will go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. I will have that spledid yogurt, fresh fruit, granola and nut concoction and lashings of good strong coffee. I am not going to have a pastry because Legoland are famous for theirs and that is where we are heading. A little browse in the Cracker Barrel shop is always obligatory and it would be rude not to purchase something.
At Legoland we have a walk round, try a couple of rides and then go for a cup of tea and the much anticipated Danish Pastry. Hot chocolate or a milk shake will go down very well too. We are now going to have lunch at the gorgeous Chalet Suzanne restaurant, we will linger a little over a coffee but not too long, as we are going to Bok Tower Gardens. Once there, we will explore the gorgeous gardens and spend some time at the tower and drink in the views. We always like to spend some time in that little wild animal viewing booth when we are there.
A quick iced tea at their cafeteria and then we will go back to the villa for a swim and a sunbathe on the deck. On the way back, we stop at JC Penney's and each buy ourselves a new outfit in the sales and since it is blue cross day, we save even more.
We are going to Disney's Boma (Flavors of Africa) restaurant for dinner so we can watch all the animals and then we have the best in house tickets for Cirque De Soleil.
As I said this is a fantasy perfect day and so the fireworks at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios have been held up so we get to see both of them and we get the perfect viewing places at both. We enjoy an iced drink while we watch and admire.
When we get back to the villa we have a slice of pie from Perkins and a cuppa before we all retire to our own rooms to watch a DVD.
