A Visit To The Florida Mall
Florida Mall
The Florida Mall is situated at the junction of the Orange Blossom Trail with Sand Lake Road. The Mall is open Monday to Saturday 10am until 9pm and on Sun days from 12. 00 until 6pm.
Parking is free and plentiful. The mall has 9220 parking spaces and three main mall entrances. Enter the mall at the Food Court by Saks Fifth Avenue or at either of our 2 new entrances adjacent to Macy' s. Disabled parking spaces are available.
The building is very pleasing to the eye, with lots of information boards and maps to help you to find your way around. The mall has a plentiful amount of stores as well as many places to eat, both counter service and restaurants.
Counter service includes favourites such as Taco Bell, Subway, Starbucks and china max, to name a selection. For a more leisurly meal try Ruby Tuesdays, Calafornia Pizza Kitchen or Bucca Di Beppo.
The mall hosts several large department stores, including Macys, Dillards, JC Penney, Sears and Saks Fifth Avenue. The are also a good selection of childrens stores, such as M and M world, Build a Bear Workshop and the Disney store.
At Guest Services their staff are available to assist you with making your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. The staff are happy to help you with information on any of their services, retailer information, or additional questions which you may have when you arrive at our mall. There is also free WiFi and guest wrapping available
For Children their services include baby changing areas and a childrens soft play place which is located near to Macys. Strollers are also available for a small payment at convenient cart locations in front of Sears and Dillards. Both single and twin strollers can be rented for just $5 (Feb 2010). Shoppers will receive a $1 refund upon the return of the stroller.
Guest Services also offer wheelchairs on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wheelchairs are complimentary for use, however donations are greatly appreciated. All proceeds collected from the service will benefit the mall’s Simon Youth Foundation. A valid form of picture identification is required to borrow a wheelchair. To make it easier for those who have difficulty walking, valet parking is available which is located next to the Food Court entrance, outside Saks Fifth Avenue and at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center, located between Macy' s and Sears.
