Outside, unwind in your very private screened pool, complete with a stand-alone five-seater hot tub on the sun-drenched pool deck — your own slice of paradise after a day of adventure. The villa is wonderfully child-friendly, with a crib, highchair, playard and stroller all provided, so you can travel light and relax more.

Entertainment is covered for all ages, with an extensive DVD library, PS2, high-speed wireless internet, and TVs in the bedrooms with access to Prime, Netflix and more. Add in a gas BBQ, table tennis, air hockey, foosball, and darts, and you’ll never be short of things to do — even on a lazy day at home.

The villa offers a peaceful and comfortable retreat, making it an ideal base whether you are returning from an exciting day at the theme parks or choosing to spend a relaxing day at home. Designed with both comfort and entertainment in mind, guests can unwind by the private pool or enjoy the luxury of a stand-alone hot tub, perfect for relaxing evenings. Indoors, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained, including a selection of DVDs, board games, and a fully equipped games room featuring air hockey, foosball, table tennis, and darts. For those who like to stay active, a small range of light gym equipment is also available.

Located within Doral Woods, a quiet and well-maintained residential community, the villa offers a tranquil setting while still being conveniently close to all major attractions, including Disney. The community itself provides additional amenities such as a shared swimming pool and a floodlit tennis court for guest use. Within a short ten-minute drive, you will find supermarkets, banks, restaurants, golf courses, and horse riding facilities, ensuring everything you need is close at hand. Nature lovers will also appreciate the nearby Osceola Environmental Center, which is open to visitors at weekends free of charge and features scenic boardwalks through wetlands, opportunities to spot local wildlife and water birds, and even occasional sightings of bald eagles.

The property is particularly well suited to two families travelling together or groups including a nanny or grandparent, thanks to its two master suites that provide flexible and comfortable accommodation. It is also very child-friendly, with thoughtful additions such as a cot (crib), highchair, and playpen provided at no extra cost, along with child-safety locks on selected cupboards for added peace of mind.

Spacious and well equipped throughout, the home features a bright living area with an impressive 14-foot cathedral ceiling, creating a sense of openness and light. A separate air-conditioned utility room includes a large washer, tumble dryer, laundry sink, and additional hanging space, making longer stays especially convenient. Rental rates are for party sizes up to eight people and are inclusive of taxes.

Use of the large free-standing five seater hot tub is included in the price. Pool heating if required is an additional GBP100US$125 per week and prior notice should be given.

Additional people are charged at GBP10/US$15 per night or £50/$75 per week

Stays of less than 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of GBP120/US$150
