Step into your perfect Florida getaway at this spacious, air-conditioned 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa, tucked away in the peaceful community of Doral Woods yet just minutes from all the major attractions. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the home offers superb flexibility with two luxurious master suites (king and queen beds), two twin rooms, plus a sofa bed and rollaway bed — ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Outside, unwind in your very private screened pool, complete with a stand-alone five-seater hot tub on the sun-drenched pool deck — your own slice of paradise after a day of adventure. The villa is wonderfully child-friendly, with a crib, highchair, playard and stroller all provided, so you can travel light and relax more.

Entertainment is covered for all ages, with an extensive DVD library, PS2, high-speed wireless internet, and TVs in the bedrooms with access to Prime, Netflix and more. Add in a gas BBQ, table tennis, air hockey, foosball, and darts, and you’ll never be short of things to do — even on a lazy day at home.

The villa provides a quiet and comfortable base, whether returning from a day at the theme parks or spending time relaxing at home. Guests can enjoy the private pool and stand-alone hot tub, as well as indoor entertainment including a selection of DVDs, board games and a games room with air hockey, foosball, table tennis and darts. A small selection of light gym equipment is also available for guest use.

Doral Woods is a peaceful residential community within easy reach of Disney and other major attractions. The development offers a community swimming pool and a floodlit tennis court. Supermarkets, banks, restaurants, golf courses and horse riding are all within a ten-minute drive. Nearby, the Osceola Environmental Center is open to visitors at weekends free of charge and features boardwalks through the wetlands, local wildlife, water birds and occasional bald eagle sightings.

The property is well suited to two families or guests travelling with a nanny or grandparent, with two master suites offering flexible accommodation. It is very child-friendly, with a cot (crib), highchair and playpen provided at no extra cost, along with child-safety locks on selected cupboards. The home is spacious and well equipped, featuring a 14-foot cathedral ceiling in the living area and a separate air-conditioned utility room with a large washer, tumble dryer, laundry sink and additional hanging space. Rental rates are for party sizes up to eight people and are inclusive of taxes.

Use of the large free-standing five seater hot tub is included in the price. Pool heating if required is an additional GBP100US$125 per week and prior notice should be given.

Additional people are charged at GBP10/US$15 per night or £50/$75 per week

Stays of less than 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of GBP120/US$150
