Our well furnished, family friendly home close to the Disney Parks is ideal for family and friends to relax together. Featuring 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms with a large living area and fully equipped kitchen. The deck area, with a child safety fence, backs onto a conservation area ensuring you are not overlooked by neighbors for those quiet days by the pool.

The games room will keep you amused for hours with a pool table, foosball, air hockey and games console.

For the teeny travellers there’s a highchair, stroller's and 2 pack'n'play cribs.

Sleeps up to 14 people comfortably with two king-size ensuite master rooms, two queen-size rooms, two twin-size rooms and a bunk-bed room.

Shops, banks and restaurants can be found on US-192 within 5 minutes drive.

Description

The house is in a luxury gated community being a short walk from the clubhouse offering a gym, children’s play areas, public pool with hot tub, cyber café, tennis, volleyball courts, mini-golf, sauna and Tiki Bar for snacks and drinks. The Tiki bar also hosts family movie nights and game nights. Outside the Tiki bar are giant game boards offering chess, chequers and the ever popular cornhole



The house:



On the ground floor you will find a formal dining area, open plan living area and kitchen leading out to the pool, laundry area, a master bedroom and games room. Separate from the bedrooms is a downstairs toilet.



The fully equipped kitchen has all you need during your vacation: large self cleaning oven (new for 2024), microwave (new for 2025), dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster, all utensils, cutlery and crockery.

The laundry room has a washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board.

The fully equipped games room has a pool table, foosball, air hockey and games console.

A safety fence separates the pool area from the home for your child’s safety. There are door alarms to detect opening and closing of the patio doors.

Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times.

All the rooms have televisions.



Upstairs you will find the second master bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 twin themed bedrooms - Mickey and Minnie mouse and Harry Potter - and a Star Wars themed bunk-bed room.



The house also backs onto a nature area where you can enjoy a quiet walk and see if you can spot any wildlife.



With safety in mind, our home is protected by Alarm.com.
