Experience the magic of your vacation in our inviting, fully air-conditioned villa with a private pool. Nestled in the serene Fairways Lake Estates Community (aka Esprit) and just 15 miles from Magic Kingdom, this secluded home offers a peaceful retreat, surrounded by lush conservation views perfect for relaxation.

The Community is a well-cared for, quiet and safe residential area, bordering the stunning 600 acre Lake Davenport, in a conservation area of great beauty and tranquillity. Located on Highway 27 to the north of Davenport, sitting between US Highway 192 and Interstate 4, all the Orlando theme parks and local attractions are within easy reach.

The spacious, open-plan design features 3 comfortable bedrooms (each with ceiling fans), 2 bathrooms, a cozy lounge, a separate dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. With 1600 square feet of living space, there's ample room to unwind, whether you’re a couple, family, or traveling with children.

Step inside, and you'll instantly feel at home in this tranquil oasis.

Just a short walk away, you'll find the community pool and cabana with plenty of lounge chairs, along with separate tennis and basketball courts. There’s also a scenic dock extending into the lake—perfect for photos and selfies with Florida's stunning natural backdrop. For those feeling adventurous, the lake offers fishing opportunities and boat access for sailing enthusiasts.

If you enjoy golf, the community is home to Polo Park East, a 9-hole executive course just a short stroll from the villa.

Additional nearby amenities within walking distance include a sub shop, a pub, and an Italian restaurant. Conveniently located in the Four Corners area, you'll have access to shopping centres, golf courses, a cinema, stores, banks, and a variety of restaurants.

With Interstate 4 just minutes away, you'll enjoy easy access to Tampa’s West Coast beaches or the Space Coast near Cocoa and Melbourne, offering the perfect base to explore all that Florida has to offer while feeling right at home.

Our home is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay.

The villa is thoroughly prepared and pre-checked for your comfort, and our dedicated management team is always available to assist with any questions during your stay.

Your safety is our priority, especially in light of Covid-19. We ensure a minimum of 72 hours between guest departures and arrivals, allowing for enhanced cleaning and thorough disinfection of high-touch areas.

We’ve taken every measure to make sure your stay contributes to an unforgettable holiday experience.

For added peace of mind, the villa is fully licensed by the State of Florida and Polk County, meeting all safety standards. Additionally, a fully monitored alarm system is in place for your protection.

Rental rates notes

2025 Year Round Rate - USD 1050 per week / GBP 980, excluding Easter, Christmas and New Year.
** Minimum stay 7 nights.
** Minimum stay 10 nights from 1st June to 31st August
** Discounts available for long stays
** Rates subject to change without notice.

**Rental rates are per week - for the home - NOT per person - at the current exchange rate.
**There is an additional charge of $25 per day should you require pool heating. Minimum one week and usually only required during the winter months.
**Minimum stay 7 nights (excluding June-August - 10 night minimum stay required)
**Rates include Florida State & Local Taxes of 13%
**End of stay cleaning fee - $115.00 - included

All rentals are subject to the following booking/rental conditions.
A Non-Refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. A booking form will be sent to you via email which must be completed and returned along with your deposit.
The balance of payment, plus a £200/$250 refundable security deposit must be paid 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
For longer stays of one or more months the deposit is $800 per month.
The security deposit will be returned within 21 days of your departure following confirmation that the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid when due.
