PROPERTY

Excellent Craftsman built villa with spacious living accommodation "the perfect retreat after a day at the parks".

It benefits from an upgraded furniture package throughout including the Pool furniture.

The Master bedroom and en suite leads directly to pool deck

The second Master has a full en suite shower room

Two further bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom.

The living area is comfortably furnished with two large sofas

One sofa can be converted to a double bed.

All beds are provided with a change of linen and all bathrooms have a full range of towels.

A formal dining area.

The villa is equipped with cable TV,

CD, DVD

Play station 2 & 3

A fully furnished kitchen comes fully equipped

A breakfast nook for casual dining overlooking pool and spa

A separate Laundry room has a Washing machine and Tumble drier.

The villa has Air conditioning / Heating system throughout.

The extended pool has a substantial pool deck area with an extensive covered Lanai, with comfortable pool furniture seating up to eight guests.

There is subtle pool lighting for those evenings by the pool.

Pool and Spa can also be heated during the cooler months at extra cost.

A games room is provided with a pool table and tabletop air hockey and Table football " Foosball".

The management company will provide any services you require to ensure your vacation is one to remember.

All prices quoted are for your exclusive use of the villa, pool/spa and gardens. Also included are all linens, towels (bath & beach), utilities, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and worldwide telephone calls.

Rental Rates:

Optional Pool heating £30/$40 per day(Recommended October-April)

Initial deposit £150/$175per week

Balance due 8 weeks before travel

Daily rates are available from £125/$155 - £145/$185 per night

For stays of 5 nights and less, there is a supplementary cleaning charge of £85/$110

Security deposit taken in the form of a swipe of your credit card with no monies actually taken, or cheque payable on final payment which will be returned after the vacation is over.

Stay's of less than 5 days an extra charge will be made for cleaning
