Welcome to your worry-free family vacation (pets welcome!). Just 15 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from SeaWorld and Universal Studios, and 90 minutes from the Gulf Coast.

MOBILITY MADE EASY IN THE MASTER SUITE

Once that front door swings open, find which of the 5 bedrooms to call home during your stay.

For those with limited mobility, the pool-view master suite is magic. Its en-suite bathroom features a zero-entry shower with shower seat to make that A.M. shower a breeze, plus easy-access wash basin and raised WC. At the end of the day, sink into your king-sized bed and dream sweetly or simply relax while enjoying the latest box set on Netflix

The kiddos will make a mad dash to the bunk room. Who gets the twin bunk on top? Who gets to spread out on the oh-so-spacious full-size bottom bunk? Decisions, decisions! But nothing a round of rock-paper-scissors can’t fix.

Two more bedrooms can be set up with two twin beds or one huge California king, made even more luxurious with its plush memory foam topper.

Whoever snags the last bedroom gets to snuggle into their own memory-foam queen bed and sneak away for a bubble bath in the adjacent bathroom.

You can pack light because we provide all bed linens, towels, and pool towels! Plus, we have a full-sized washer and dryer right in the house.

The third bathroom also has access to the pool deck and features a fold-down grab bar for access to WC

EVERYBODY IN THE POOL

After breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen and a cuppa joe fresh from the Keurig, it's time to change into swimsuits and step out onto the expanded pool deck. Grab a cool drink and settle into your padded lounger while someone grills up burgers for the whole gang on the BBQ.

When the Florida sun reaches high noon, that crystal blue water starts to look mighty refreshing, and our easy-to-use pool hoist makes it effortless for everyone to take a dip. (In the winter, we’ll heat the pool upon request. You can enjoy the hot tub year-round.)

There's also a brand-new, full outdoor living area. With a conversational seating, dining area and even a TV, this space is perfect for watching the game with a cold drink in-hand. The outdoor living area overlooks the pool, so you can keep an eye on the kids while they swim.

IT'S GAME TIME

Inside, DISAVILLATEE is A/C-cooled to perfection, so you can switch on the 75” flat-screen TV (with cinema-quality surround sound) and watch the big game in comfort. Or take that competitive spirit to the game room for pool, foosball, or darts.

If you’ve lugged your golf clubs all the way to Orlando, you’ll be relieved to know you don’t have to go far from DISAVILLATEE to take advantage of some of Florida’s best greens. An 18-hole championship course just steps away, right here at Highlands Reserve; the community also has tennis courts, a pool and a kiddie play area that our guests are welcome to use.

MICKEY, SHAMU AND MORE

If and when you do eventually leave DISAVILLATEE, you’ve got the best of Orlando at your fingertips. You’re 15 minutes away from hanging with Mickey and friends at Walt Disney World and a half-hour from the thrills of SeaWorld and Universal Studios. We’re less than an hour from Kennedy Space Center and Orlando Airport, and the sun-kissed beaches of the Gulf Coast are just 90 minutes away. Some of our favourite shops, bars and restaurants are right around the corner, too.

Here, you’ve got all the top Orlando attractions at your doorstep. But with so much to keep the family entertained at home, you just might decide to stay in!

Rental rates are inclusive of all local taxes

To maximise the enjoyment of your visit to DISAVILLATEE, we recommend that you request pool heat between October and April

A deposit of 25% will secure your booking with the balance of payment due 56 days prior to occupancy

We request a security deposit of £250/ $400 to be paid with the final balance. This is refundable subject to the terms and conditions of the rental

We reserve the right to alter without notice the above rates or any of our terms and conditions
