The villa is in a great location to everything you need to access for your stay. All Disney parks are around 20 minutes away, local restaurants and ammenties are very close by. We even drove across to Clearwater beach for a day out and that was hassle free. Villa is clean, tidy and very spacious. Arlene has been really accomodating throughout booking, even with the ongoing changes through Covid etc... Would totally recommend staying here if you are considering a Florida family holiday. A great base to explore but also homely and comfortable when within.

The villa had everything we needed during our holiday nice quiet location on a small estate ideal location for all the attractions. The pool was a nice size and the games room was very handy for evenings in would highly recommend you stay hopefully going back soon fantastic

We had a good visit at this villa. Communication with the Brands was exceptional and supportive. This Home was Clean and did not have any functional problems. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely villa, well equipped. Sitting just outside the theme park area, it was great to be neighbours with the locals. We travelled with another couple and having the 2 ensuite rooms at either ends of the property allowed for space. The owner of the villa was helpful and sent some great info prior to our stay. Would very much like to do it again.

This villa has a fantastic location for Disney and is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We spent two weeks in the villa and it was clean, bright and spacious. Owners were easy to deal and provided an excellent service throughout the booking process, and this continued for our stay and after. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa and would stay there again in the future.
