Looking for somewhere special? You just found it! Emerald Island Resort is a premier upmarket gated community located in a prime position under 3 miles from the Disney parks off Highway 192. Not only is the home close to the parks but there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby making it a great location for a villa vacation.

Our home is newly decorated & carpeted in a contemporary style with the top features designed to appeal to families to make their vacation relaxed. HD tv in family room with Netflix access, luxury pool deck furniture and Star Wars themed kids' bedroom.

With the luxurious air conditioned accommodation on two floors, the home is perfect for large family groups - everyone can have their 'own space' to relax and unwind - and share the cost!

The extended pooldeck and lanai overlooks the Resort's conservation area. Our pool & spa have a removable safety fence for those with children and a shaded lanai for comfort with tables, chairs and quality loungers - this is your outdoor living space so comfort is priority. All doors to pool area have alarms fitted. The family size gas bbq with side burner is in it's own outdoor decking area for safety.

If you want a rest from the attractions there is plenty to keep the family entertained including a games room with dartboard and air hockey & full size pool table or why not relax watching a movie on one of two widescreen TVs in one of the three lounge areas. If you bring your laptop you can connect to the free wifi broadband to surf the net (essential requirement for teenagers!) The clubhouse has a computer room for guests' use too.

The resort facilities are free to guests with everything from concierge, pool and spa to tennis, volleyball & fitness room, to kids playgrounds. You can even take a nature trail walk to spot the local wildlife or use the picnic tables. A great way to unwind after all those rollercoaster rides!!

Our fully air conditioned 6 bedroom vacation home on the prestigious 'Enclave' provides luxury with a capital 'L' yet the value for money is incredible! For 12 guests staying in low season the average cost is around $20 per night including all taxes and cleaning for 5 nights or more.

The first thing you will notice is space both inside and out - this house has a beautiful outlook from the 40' pool deck - with private pool and spa and luxury patio furniture - over a wooded area and grass with views of the lake and national forest.

Decorated by an interior designer, the colours are soothing with good quality furnishings and finishing touches and our managers keep the house in great condition. Maintained to high standards by us the owners and our managers in Florida.

The house is fully licensed by the State of Florida - our home has safety features including pool fence and door alarms, security & smoke alarms plus fire extinguishers.

All six bedrooms - 2 king size, 1 Queen and 3 twin rooms - have tv and access to bathrooms. Two of the twin rooms are kid friendly themes - one is Star Wars and a pretty pink Princess themed room. All 3 twin rooms have 2 twin beds and tvs. The Queen bedroom is suitable for those preferring the ground floor (ideal for the grandparents!) and is next to the poolside bathroom. All bathrooms have shower and bath.

The upstairs loft area is ideal for kids entertainment with widescreen tv and PS4 & an extensive games library and also has a double pull out sofa bed.

The spacious kitchen has quality appliances including Bosch dishwasher and American fridge/freezer with filtered water/ice dispenser. A separate laundry room with washer/dryer/iron and board makes life easier and means you can pack less clothes...

Three dining areas - breakfast bar, kitchen table and formal dining as well as casual dining on the pooldeck with separate decking area and bbq.

Two family rooms on the ground floor - the den has a desk with printer for guests' use. A wireless modem provides free wifi access for guest's devices.

The first floor entertainment area with Roku tv and Playstation 4 is ideal for movie and games addicts. A games room with darts, pool & air hockey tables plus two further lounges, one with widescreen tv/dvd/stereo provide more options for relaxation on days spent at the villa. Use our free Wifi to access the internet with your own devices. Phone your friends for free and tell them what a great time the family is having!

No time to get bored with free on-site activiites - tennis & volleyball courts, kids pool, nature trail, playground, picnic area, the Clubhouse has tiki bar for refreshments and snacks, wifi plus internet room, fitness suite, sauna, arcade and coffee lounge. The front desk can arrange guest services. All this in the perfect location just 30 minutes from Orlando International and a few minutes drive from Disney. Spa heating only US$15 per night

Payments accepted by online payment or cheque for UK or US$ check/wire transfer to our US Bank. $-£GBP is calculated on the day's exchange rate. A 25% deposit is payable on booking to secure dates. A refundable security deposit is due with final balance 10 weeks prior to commencing rental. Full Terms and conditions are supplied at time of booking.
